Myeongdong Feels!

December 06, 2019 0
Myeongdong Feels!

LINE!

Can I just say that this is probably my fave  messaging app?

So nice! I like how they got the Common Ground vibes! I swear it's a good concept! Will definitely copy that and make it to something in the future.

So I’ve already told you that we stayed very close to Myeongdong, yeah? This is just all the pictures we took of Myeongdong plus the food so this will be a kind of very long post.

We went to Style Nanda just before going home to wrap up our whole South Korea trip 2019. It was beautiful. I actually wasn’t able to visit the Style Nanda beside my workplace before. Well I kind of dropped by to look if there’s anything I want to buy but nah. Just saying.

I don’t really have anything to say about Myeongdong aside from it being my favorite place to buy stuff and eat street food! It’s just very lively and the vibes be good here. Now food!! I suggest you watch mu vlog for a much better view of the food but yeah I’ll show you the pictures while we’re at it.

Cheesy grilled scallops. Not soo bad but not soo good either. Expensive! At least we know what to skip next time, yeah?

Takoyaki for the same price as the scallops. This one is sooooo good! Will order this again anytime!

Also this!! Sooo delicious! The strawberry itself without the coating is already sweet and with the sugar coating, makes it even sweeter. Not just that but the texture is teally interesting! I should have eaten more TBH!

Not really at any Myeongdong alleys but this one is underground! I remember having the grilled cheese which is sooo good by the way but I cannot find pictures of and the fresh kiwi/banana smoothie that we had. That’s all!

Day 5 | Oppa Gangnam Style

November 30, 2019 0
Day 5 | Oppa Gangnam Style

Day 5 is Gangnam. It was actually my sister who planned this Gangnam trip. We agreed on going to the Starfield Library and The Buddhist temple nearby. The library was okay. Good for pictures! Also the only reason we went to be honest. Can’t be bothered reading books while on trip.

As I’ve mentioned earlier (Or did I?) This is a very nice place for pictures! Just be quiet though because people be legit studying/working here and you don’t want to annoy them with your touristy stuff. Also, my sister and I probably went up and down around 5 times (or more!) just to get decent shots. It’s crazy!

Lunch was actually delicious ! I don’t remember the name of the restaurant but this is a Japanese bento place I think. We got the Bulgogi premium box if I’m not mistaken. Of course I’m mistaken but yeah something like that.

The temple was very near the mall. Probably a 5-10 minute walk depending how slow you are. We be the 10 minute walker of course. It’s nice because even though Gangnam is a place where you can find tall buildings and stuff, they still have a place like this for worshipers. I like it.

The temple was a good end to our Gangnam trip. It’s just different. We missed a couple of items on our list but it’s okay. That’s all!

Day 4 | Lotte World

Day 4 | Lotte World

Lotte World! I was also soo excited for this trip! But! Also kind of crowded! We weren’t able to ride one major ride that we kind of hope were able to but yeah we were able to ride more here than we did at Everland though. Anyways. Let’s go! I already don’t remember the sequence of what we did but I will try my best.

Snack Time!

I thought this to be the first time I had this ice cream but I guess I already had this before with Pring. Oh well. You can just skip this by the way. Not so good!

Indoor goodness! Glad this is indoor because we didn’t bring our coat.

OUR FIRST RIDE!

TGIF SNACKS!

The fries was legit delicious!

PARADE!

The afternoon parade was fun in fairness.

Even though it’s not as impressive as Disney’s, it’s still nice to walk around and look at this castle because it has the feels somehow.

They had this Selfie Room which used to be a trick eye museum. Very interesting stuff if you ask me. I really enjoyed our little time there.

Savage! Not appropriate! But hey, this is just for fun. And if you think about it, kinda true!

The CORN WAS SOOO DRY! I don’t recommend!!!! Like, my dreams were shattered!

We had Panda Express for lunch and it was delicious. Might be my first Panda Express experience?

Lotte Tower

Police! It was my first Halloween experience in here so it was also kinda refreshing.

the castle at night

The night parade wasn't very impressive. I think it's a new program but yeah it was very short and not very entertaining. The afternoon parade was nice though so I liked that one.

Day 3.2 | Petite France, Common Ground, Dinner

November 27, 2019 0
Day 3.2 | Petite France, Common Ground, Dinner
After our short trip to the island, we headed back to the mainland and had lunch! So delicious! Now time for Petit France! I liked the timing of our trip here because the moment we arrived, the puppet show started and it was very entertaining! I would recommend it to everyone!

Yes, mademoiselle?

Petite France is a very colorful place! I like it! I really wish we were able to stay much longer because FRANCE!

There are many attractions that were closed though but still! I will include this on my next trip to SEOUL! Or will I return? WHO KNOWS?

The view was okay. Not so fantastic so to speak!

Since it was not the season, there was nothing special about this but imagine this sooo full of roses, right? It would have been soo sick!

Je Taime!

Again, it was very colorful! Very interesting. I definitely enjoyed my stay there! Since it was still early to call it a day, we went to The Common Ground as planned. We got lost of course.

We were supposed to eat here but then there’s no Korean place that we like so we were like, let’s just find some Korean place to eat along the way.

Dinner. It was actually good but not as good as the first barbecue place that we went to in Hongdae. We were so full I can’t even.

The alley that we went to find food at. It was sketchy to be honest but it’s good to be lost in a place like this when in Seoul.

Appetizers!

Food!

Kimchi rice that we weren’t able to finish! Sorry we can’t find anymore space so yeah! That’s all!
