Sinsekai Experience

Sinsekai Experience

Osaka, you're just stunning. I mean, you're like anime in real life. Okay I know I made it clear that I am not an anime fan but man, whenever I see one, it's always like real life. The places not the people. Although I must say that the Japanese is keeping up. It's scary.

This is the place I went to after Kobe.

Awesome!

Just like what I do in almost every towers I have been to, I try to strategize by going before sunset and seeing both that and the night lights!

So beautiful!

Sunset

The place was awesome. The highest tower was kind of boring but the lower observatory though! That's where the party is at!

Osaka is not a very busy overall but at night it shows all the lights and that reminds you that they may not be loitering and all that but you know, it's alive.

Light Blue

Lights on!

It was worth it! I suggest you go because this place is kind of like Dotonbori but on a diet. Also, more funky I would say. See yah!

Osaka Castle

Osaka Castle
My first time. I knew that I wouldn't be back here as soon as I want to so I went there. It was awesome. Awesome in a sense that it looks really good! Man, so much history going on there. I didn't stay long though because I went to Kobe! Post about it coming soon!

I remember back when I was younger, I saw this gold plated castle in our living room and I was like, I have to see that castle in person! So you know, I’m like living the dream, aye!

ICONIC

War

Osaka, everyone.

Being my carnivore self

Kind of tough. I mean, I've had more tender meat for less than 700 yen so I guess I was kind of disappointed? Not so much! But you know!

Reflection

So when I got home, I went to the gold plated display and I found out it wasn't the Osaka Castle. Oh well. Hahaha it was Kinkaku-Ji at Kyoto. Man, that's why it's gold plated. Coz Kinkaku-Ji is gold you know. Stups. I'm still glad I went though.

Girl, she early!

That's all!

Hi, Dotonbori.

March 02, 2019 0
Hi, Dotonbori.

Oh my Osaka, you’re definitely sweeter the 3rd time around. I keep telling everyone from my family that if I ever return to Japan, I’ll be returning here. I don’t know. It feels like I belong here you know. I mean, I belong in Harajuku too but you know, I feel like Osaka is where it’s at.

This is my first trip to Osaka that is not work related!! Gracious goodness. As much as I enjoyed working in Osaka, I admit that I didn’t enjoy it as much as I did this time.

I ate my heart out!! It was insane! Everything was so delicious! This I got from the place that I went to the first two times.

Glico sign at night. Why not.

Selfie

I think my favorite time to visit Dotonbori is around 5am. You know, when it's still all empty and untouched. One thing I hate about going around the area that time is seeing the cleaning personnel cleaning up the mess! Like, can we be more civilized, people?

One thing I also like the morning is I can take selfies like this because this place get crowded af at peak hours.

Beautiful

My favorite! I ate them too before and I ate it still. Will definitely eat them again! Why are scallops so delicious?!

Also a place that I have already tried before. GOOD!

Famous ramen shop in Osaka for some reason.

Ramen that is quite famous in Dotonbori street. I don't really recommend. It is basic.

Selfie before heading to Nara. Official goodbye selfie.

The Ramen! So delicious! The shop I got it from claims that the shop is where Osaka ramen started. I mean, okay, fine by me because it taste good enough for other people to copying from them thank you very much.

My Goodbye Party!

My Goodbye Party!

Okay, this happened 2 months ago but still gonna post this coz I didn't really quit my job until like, last month. Oooppps.

We celebrated the party after work. Just nearby the place we work. Well actually near the station. We chose that so we can all easily go home after and so that those who didn't go to work can come easily.

My beautiful Nepali friend Maya which I love so much even though we don't get to see each other so much.

It was an awesome party. I don’t think I can thank everyone enough.

I wasn't able to eat much but all good! I think everyone enjoyed the food as well. Always nice to eat together and stuff.

The only food time I got because I had to pick up a few people from the station.

This is where I worked for almost 5 years and I will forever cherish it! :) Thank you everyone for the guidance and wisdom you imparted. Or not! Hahaha anyways it doesn't really matter. I actually enjoyed everyday that I worked here. I will miss this place.

Caretta Shiodome illumination 2018

Caretta Shiodome illumination 2018

Frozen and Tangled. They actually did these two alternately so of course I had to see both. It was soo worth it. Now, having quitted my Tokyo job kind of made this all a little too bothersome so to speak but still , I kind of managed to get my lazy arse up and go about my day.

Frozen was up the first off day I had back from my trip to Korea so I did that. I don’t know if I told you guys before but Frozen as a whole movie, I kind of like. Anna, not so much. Elsa is okay. Although she was kind of just scared the whole time so I don’t like that about her. Anyways! The illumination! As always, I really liked the illumination here best! Like, there’s no competition going on thank you very much!

The next time I went, it’s up for Tangled! Loved that movie. Meh, actually...Okay so maybe not the place to talk about movies but yeah, it was hella perfect! Man, please do MULAN next year!

So like, around 9:00pm they change the theme for an hour and you know, I actually didn’t stick around much for it but it was Beauty and the Beast that they did from last year that they’re showing. I think I also do Winnie the Pooh but oh well. So yeah. That’s it.

Gorgeous! I will never get tired of this place. I may have mentioned that a million of times already but just for the record you know. I know there's already a record somewhere but I don't know where to pull it from so let there be a lot of record. Hahaha

They have the theme displays up the building if that's what you even call it but anyways. I believe this is the same rose they displayed last year with few of its petals down already. It's kind of nice. My goodness it'll be so epic to watch the last one fall. And capture it in slow motion! AHHH!

Also, I really think you would appreciate the VLOG better. I'm gonna try my best to get on it. OMG can I just share that I had to contact Instagram for a song copyright something? It was insane but all is well guys! CIAO!
