Seoul Day 1 | Museum/Bukchon

January 25, 2019 0
Seoul Day 1 | Museum/Bukchon

Hello, Korea!

It was hella cold. Okay, thank Sue Ramirez for the weather update and all that but Seoul in winter is cold as hell. Not that I would know but...you get the point. I actually packed a lot of warm clothes because I’m prepared like that. Haha! My first day in Seoul was wonderful! I got to explore the city like I did with my friend Pring before. It was as if I never left.

I first went to the hotel and rested there for a bit. Unpacked my stuff, settled, and may have napped a little bit. I actually booked the same hotel as before too!

Palace

After resting, I decided this is it. Time to explore! And I did. Oh me and my high heels girl! But whatever, you know! I planned to go to Bukchon Village first but on my way there, dropped by The National Folk Museum as well. It was awesome!

It was not as pretty as it was on Spring though. No flowers. But it gives it character. The emptiness.

Museum

I don’t even know.

Found this one while I’m finding my way to the village. Can’t relate.

Bukchon Village

They were having a little protest going on there. Basically, they’re trying to eliminate tourists going near their houses. I mean, I would probably do that too. I mean, silent tourists I don’t have a problem with but oh my gosh, the others I will happily kick in the butt you know what I mean?

Bukchon Village

Seoul Tower

The view from the top.

Hot Pancake. Yas. Sooo oily.

After that, went to a small place and ate Bibimbap because Korea. It was awesome! And a fun first day I should say. Annyeong~

Taking Over Disneyland! 2018

Taking Over Disneyland! 2018

Disneyland! Happiest place on Earth indeed. If you don’t know, I have a series here on my blog that is about my alone trips. Oh well. I told you about my plan of going alone, yeah? So yeah. I never thought it would happen, actually. But it did!

My first ever Disney Ear. Will collect it and brag about it in the future!

Don’t care for filters so let’s just post this.

My love

We all know that one thing I don’t like about Disney much is that there are a lot of kids running wild! This look is kind of my anti-kid look. No hate! I look like a Halloween Disney character.

Turkey is love.

If you think eating turkey leg alone at Disney is awkward, it is.

I’m so happy I got to ride almost everything I wanted to ride though. Oh except the Monster Inc ride and Pooh ride that I’m still curious about but hey.

Home girl Snow White being cute.

My Frozen girls. The difference between this and other parade is that these two girls are in it.

Disney is perfect.

Disney Fam

Cinderella Castle

The parade.

Looks cute! I haven’t watched Mary Poppins yet but this makes me want to watch. I know I’ve said that before but yeah.

My love! Peter Pan is love!

I was hesitant to try this but it was okay. The churros was delicious! The orange thing I didn’t like that much. The powder is a winner. Very little ice cream but it’s all okay.

It was open! Also, what a cutie pie!

Yas!

It was beautiful!

Food!

The cake was not it. Nah. The food was okay. Not the best food. I just remembered reading a blog about the restaurant so I was so eager to try. I don’t even remember if they said it was good or whatever but yeah, tried it anyways. The cake was sour! Whipped cream saved the day.

Yas!

So beautiful at night.

Parade! I put my scarf on the floor, put my bag beside me, and slept for an hour waiting for the parade. Just like old times. I love Japan. Couldn’t have slept elsewhere.

All of this for my Peter Pan!!

Beautiful

Frozen

‭Churros! So warm and delish.

I had fun! It was new and challenging but I had lotsa fun! I don’t know if I’ll do it again but I don’t hate the idea of it.

Fuji Q Halloween!

Fuji Q Halloween!

I should really keep up with my Blog Posts don’t I? Yes ma’am! But anyways, here’s the late post! Not to disappoint but I tell you I have more late posts coming your way.

The view! I loved it! The view never gets old. Like, we used to go here by car and I think it’s only my second time on train and for some reason, the last time we went, we didn’t see this view so yeah we clearly did something wrong but whatever! Yeah, this time, it was perf!

Shella!

It was epic! Got to ride almost every ride that we wanted to ride with a decent waiting time I would say. Nothing over 100 minutes so that’s good!

Back at this again. This was our first ride. Did not like it then, did not like it now. But it was okay! :)

Bum bums

Shella took this one. I look so amazed don’t I? Also, payat ha! Camera tricks!

Myself and Shella! Good thing about Fuji Q is that they have this phone stand where you can time your phone and take pictures! Yay! Well what I don’t like about Fuji Q is that they have this face recognition thing that takes quite a little more time than the manual stuff that they did before! Probably like by 1 second each person. Imagine, if you are the 1000th person in line and you know, 1 second do matter! No likey! But oh well I’m sure they’ll get the hang of it and shorten it by half someday.

If you are a thrill seeker, please ride this one! You can’t see this ride right away but imma tell you now. It is at the back! You’ll never go wrong with this one. One of my favorite rides.

Yup! It was so delicious! So many porky! This made me so full! The pork was sooo soft!

Yas! Ice cream is life!

Still wasn’t able to ride this thing. It scares me to be honest. But you know, one day I will be able to ride this one. It scares me that I’ll be so hilo riding this but yeah.

We went to the Fuji Airways things and it made Shella so dizzy that we almost thought that’d be our last ride.

The night view was fantastic.

Yas! We be blessed.

After wandering a little bit, we rode the water thingy last and we were like so covered with plastic raincoat not even a drop of water got in us. Ha! That’s all!
