    Time for Oden!

    Time for Oden!
    Don't get me wrong though. Anytime is a fairly good time to have Oden. I remember getting them as early as August haha but since it's getting colder now, this time of the year is best to start devouring for a cup (or two). 


    If you're wondering where to get yourself one, go-to Oden is pretty much a convenience store thing. Usually at the counter, it's quite easy to spot. Depending on the store's policy, sometimes they do allow you to scoop things out from their little machine thingy directly to your cup. But most of the time, they do the job because some of the ingredients are quite delicate so they probably don't want the hassle of mashed bits in there.

    It's good to eat a bowl during winter. It can keep you warm and all that.

    If you can't tell already, I love DAIKON! :)) Anyways, I got to say that 7/11 is probably my favorite place to get an Oden. It's just that I think they do have more variety to choose from and it's really quite yummy and distinct compared to others. They also have this packet of Miso paste that you can add to the soup and boy it do wonders. All in all, there's really not a bad place to get Oden. I guess it's just a matter of preference. Ciao!

    My MTLEX Drama 2013






    It's so crazy that it's been over 2 years since I passed the MTLEX. People after us are hella lucky because you guys were given an extra week or two to cram for the exam. My batch took it at the last day of August, imagine! Anyways, I honestly don't remember much. I remember though that I had an upset stomach coming in the examination room. Like, we were actually advised to bring Loperamide, did that, took it, but still. I guess it has something to do with me being nervous and all that. I guess I was a little bit too nervous to be honest. But guess what? Whatever time you're reading this, at some point, you're gonna make it. 












    Picture above is a shot from my Victory Party. My cousin and my high school friends which I was always making kulit to pray for me to pass. Anyways, point of this blog post is to tell all the examiners that it's gonna be alright. You'll doubt yourself after the exams, yes, but you know, shake it all off. And believe me when I say this, there's nothing you can do about it now. Kahit mag recall ka pa ng sangkatutak, hindi na mapapalitan yung mga nasagot mo na sa exam kaya don't stress! Chill! Don't make it too hard for youself, you know. 4 days nalang sana RMT nadin kayo so wait lang. FYI I actually didn't expect to pass but I did pass so maybe that's gonna be your luck as well. If not, I guess you can try again. And do better! 










    Claim the victory they say. If you fail, don't be too heartbroken, 2 more tries. Don't rush! Take it all in. Review harder. Practice what you preach! But if all else fails, you know, I believe that somehow it's true what they say that if it's not for you, then you just have to let it go. You move on from there. That's all!

    One Night Stand






    You ever felt like going to a place to sort of try to reminisce and stuff? That's what I tried to do not so long ago. And it was so peaceful. I'm glad. 










    I went to Minato Mirai. Of all the places, my favorite place to hang out gave me sort of a bad memory to remember. Not whilst I was there though because for all I know, it was magical while it lasts. Anyways. I kind of went there to let it go. Yeah, the song. And you know, as much as I wanted to be angry and all that, I felt very calm. 










    I mean, do I still want to hang out in there, of course yes. Will I remember things, yes. Will it still matter? Meh. Not for long. 










    It was so beautiful that night. I was just mesmerized by the lights and everything. Always. Whenever I feel alone, I'd go here alone and it won't matter anymore. Ano daw? Hahaha 










    This place is close to Chinatown and somehow, this boat reminds me of a Chinese lantern. 










    Anyways, eyeliner on flick. Hahaha in fairness it didn't come from me. Sabi ng baby sister ko yun. I guess I'm getting better at it after all this time that I've been trying/failing and convincing myself that I don't need it naman. 










    Beautiful. Oh my and for some reason, even before, I noticed that the Gondola is always green. Like, of course I don't stare at it, right? But when I turn to look at it, it's always green. Why though?










    Also, it was windy. Irrelevant. 










    I always wanted to ride these but you know, when I go out, I'm always like alone so maybe when the time comes, I'll get myself to ride alone. But for know, the idea of it kind of gets me off.

    Whenever I come to this place, I remember my sisters. Hello sisters! :) Wish you two were here. 










    It's always Christmas here. 












    After I walked and stuff, I felt hungry and I heard before that there's a good ramen place inside the World Portal. I actually didn't see a lot of ramen place in there so I guessed this is it. But you know, so-so. 













    I'm really clueless in operating my camera at night so what I do is that I turn it to sports mode and then take several photos and then I choose. My life. This one is good.

    Sakuragicho Escapade.








    Hola!! Just want to share with you what happened when we went to Sakuragicho. It was quite a short trip but then again, I had fun. Excuse my sun block studded face. I didn't know we're using flash photography here. Hahahaha










    I went with my friend and she went with two of her friends and yeah at the end of the day, I gained two new friends. It's quite rude but to be honest, I don't quite remember their names. New friends nonetheless. 










    I like how Europey this place is. Like to the point where it's confusing. It only looks Europey in this place. 










    Titanic. I only called this place titanic because I don't really know what this ship is called. 










    Selfie. Loves it! 










    It's a pretty good spot for jogging as well because it's kinda huge. Wish I live nearby because girl! We all need I could use some of that. 












    Sakuragicho at night is just breathtaking. Like, I can't even. It's like so wonderful and magical and even though there's not much to see, I can't imagine myself getting tired of it. 












    The sunset even made this trip more wonderful. OMG can I just say one more thing? I think this is like the first time that I was able to take picture of the moon. In the past, even though how much I tried, it just won't happen. It just won't look moony as I would like it to be. So I'm really thankful that finally, I was able to take a picture of it. 












    Who can say no to this? Seriously. Like, this is just so wonderful ain't it?











    And this! I've literally just spent maybe like 4 hours in that place but it was worth the while. Until then,

    First Work in Japan

    First Work in Japan


    Unlike my work as a professional in the Philippines, work here in Japan is kind of rough. And not that nice but if you work to live, you'd probably "live" and would love to work in Japan since it's really rewarding. Maybe like 4 or 5 times as much. Depending on the situation. 





















    Anyways, I want to forget all the things that happened but I'm gonna tell you what happened to that first work place of mine anyways. I worked for 2 months there. Exactly 2 months if I may add. I started May 14 and ended July 14. It was a pleasant experience in general but not so pleasant on a daily basis. There are just so many things to hate about that place but thinking about it now, it probably just consumed me but even then, I didn't actually hate my work. Now, whut?? LOL.
















    There are quite a lot of things that I love about that place. I have made a lot of friends whom I would really treasure for sure. Second is that there's a place to sleep so whenever I feel tired, I could just doze off. And even though we only have an hour break, a 20 minute nap would really be enough for me to probably survive another work shift. Me loved it. There's also unlimited free food. And I guess I was lucky because the line I got in got friendly peeps so I didn't really have a hard time adjusting and they were quite patient teaching me stuff so yeah. Thanks! Thank you guys! It's just so sad that I had to leave without notice but then if this post got in your way, I would like to say thank you for everything. Gracias! à¸‚อขอบคุณ! à¤§à¤¨्यवाद! cảm Æ¡n bạn! 













    I also love the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere and you can just relax right after work so I want to share with you these pictures that I took when I was left by the bus and the taxi. Double bad luck that is. Anyways.










    Quite relaxing to just sit here and forget the world for a second. If not for this place, I would have exploded and ripped open a couple of people's throats. Just kidding. Not .










    So there's my thank you message! Up to this writing, I'm still quite interested about my folks! Like, I have a workmate now from my workplace before so I get info from her about the gang. Well. Yeah, they seem alright. I guess?

    I sat down and wept.












    I always knew our house in Sagamihara is near a river and I remember going there probably thrice my lifetime. Since I wasn't really doing anything yet, I tried to figure out how to get to the river and man it was a struggle! Like, it was real! There's nothing more frustrating than knowing you're in the right track but still can't find the right direction. The reason I know I'm doing it right is because I can actually hear the water flow and it was even more frustrating because it was darn loud and I was like, can I just go in the pipe and let the water take me there? I was actually even trying to LINE with my mom asking her for directions. Like, as if. Oh well that happened. She was like, TRY TO REMEMBER! Okay, like, I have no idea where I'm going but I'm going anyways. Hahaha ALWAYS! 
















    At the end of the day, I was able to find the place and was able to take a stroll so yay for me, right? From afar, there's also a motorcycle park which I don't really have anything to do with but it's cool. 















    It was kind of hot when I went so I didn't stay that long and as much as I wanted to wait for the sunset, I guess I went a little early for the occasion so no sunset for me. Boo!!! I guess it would look gorgeous though. I probably would have gave it a go if I were biking but since I went walking, I concluded it'd be dangerous for me to like walk my way home and you know, probably DIE? Ha! So paranoid. Anyways that's all. No selfies. Sad.

    I thought I'd share with you pictures from my Sakura sight seeing very near our house. Before leaving the Philippines, I kind of made sure I'd be in Japan at around this time so I wouldn't waste my hard-earned plane ticket's value when I arrive and holy cow. Holy cow indeed! Voila! It sucked though that nobody's there to take me pictures so I really had to pull a D.I.Y. right there and then.



















    Tell you I really really like this place. I used to pick blackberries here before. I also used to walk with my grandmother here and we would just like be awesome together. I would also ride my bike here and just imagine crazy things.

    Anyways, I think I was able to capture decent amount of good (assuming!) pictures to share so here they are!

    I actually have quite a lot of selfies but then I have a lot of face monsters so let's just forget about it now. LOL. Also, I realized that they all look the same anyways. And it does not help that I don't have anyone to take good pictures with me. Life.
