Taking Over Disneyland! 2018

Taking Over Disneyland! 2018

Disneyland! Happiest place on Earth indeed. If you don’t know, I have a series here on my blog that is about my alone trips. Oh well. I told you about my plan of going alone, yeah? So yeah. I never thought it would happen, actually. But it did!

My first ever Disney Ear. Will collect it and brag about it in the future!

Don’t care for filters so let’s just post this.

My love

We all know that one thing I don’t like about Disney much is that there are a lot of kids running wild! This look is kind of my anti-kid look. No hate! I look like a Halloween Disney character.

Turkey is love.

If you think eating turkey leg alone at Disney is awkward, it is.

I’m so happy I got to ride almost everything I wanted to ride though. Oh except the Monster Inc ride and Pooh ride that I’m still curious about but hey.

Home girl Snow White being cute.

My Frozen girls. The difference between this and other parade is that these two girls are in it.

Disney is perfect.

Disney Fam

Cinderella Castle

The parade.

Looks cute! I haven’t watched Mary Poppins yet but this makes me want to watch. I know I’ve said that before but yeah.

My love! Peter Pan is love!

I was hesitant to try this but it was okay. The churros was delicious! The orange thing I didn’t like that much. The powder is a winner. Very little ice cream but it’s all okay.

It was open! Also, what a cutie pie!

Yas!

It was beautiful!

Food!

The cake was not it. Nah. The food was okay. Not the best food. I just remembered reading a blog about the restaurant so I was so eager to try. I don’t even remember if they said it was good or whatever but yeah, tried it anyways. The cake was sour! Whipped cream saved the day.

Yas!

So beautiful at night.

Parade! I put my scarf on the floor, put my bag beside me, and slept for an hour waiting for the parade. Just like old times. I love Japan. Couldn’t have slept elsewhere.

All of this for my Peter Pan!!

Beautiful

Frozen

‭Churros! So warm and delish.

I had fun! It was new and challenging but I had lotsa fun! I don’t know if I’ll do it again but I don’t hate the idea of it.

Fuji-Q Highland 2017

Fuji-Q Highland 2017

At last!! I wanted to go here for the longest time and so glad I did! I was actually supposed to go with beshy Glaiza and her sister but you know, family! :D So glad I caught up with her in Harajuku though.

As you may all know, we live in the beautiful (?) province of Sagamihara and to get to Shizuoka, it took us about 2 hours I think. Actually, it took us a little longer because Google Maps. Pahamak ka GIRLY ha!

Pimples, when will you leave me alone?

So we arrived around 11:30 already and we were all panicking because the park closes 5:00. In Tokyo, everything starts at 6 basically so it weirds me out. Also, they have 4 World Records FFS! Extend extend din!

So yeah. The first ride destroyed us. Well, Mika and I. Because we were riding the water splash thing, aye? We even bought raincoats so we won't get wet and all. When we were about to drop, I was trying hard to put the hood on but then it all happened quickly and the next thing I know, my hair's wet already. Mika got it worst! She wet her top and all! Then we have our sister Mari sitting pretty and dry basically.

We were able to ride 2 out 4 of the deadliest coasters or something though. The one being the longest and tallest and the other one the steepest. Man, we died. My sister Mari thought she'd pass out and all and I was there laughing at her. We missed 1 during that day and that one would be the roller coaster with the most rotation. The other record holder is under maintenance so we can't really do anything about that. Fastest roller coaster at lauch.

They have few horror houses that are dead terrifying. But then it closes at like 1 or something so of course we weren't able to go. Man, who does that???? They have in here the longest horror house I think.

selfie

Mt.Fuji, you're the star.

You already know.

Lunch time! My sisters had ramen and I had Loco Moco burger thing. For some reason, I always see myself going for something more Hawaiian. Is this a sign?

It was so hot that day so we ended lunch with a cup of ice cream. Choco mint for life!

You know, despite all the bad things I had to say, I really enjoyed my stay. It was a nice park.

I hope to be back soon! We know better. Go a lot earlier! And probably not on a Monday.

So yeah, that's it. Bye!

Giant Kite Festival 2017

Giant Kite Festival 2017

So...since my peeps arrived here, I thought of things I want to do most. And I thought, I want to do things that I used to do when I was younger. And this is so one of those!

Squad

This is not the PLACE place though. I remember there's one nearby our place and there's one that we really used to go which is like the OG place for this festivity or something. But hey, it's okay.

the crew prepping

Yas!!

They were able to lift it but it didn't last long which I think is still consider a failure. From where we were, we saw the OG place's kite and it was up and above.

Takoyaki

Let's be real, the only reason why I went is so I could eat.

Karaage

Both were soo good! I wasn't able to take picture of the jyaga butter but it was also good!

with mother dear

I really missed this. I lived here alone for 3 years now and for 3 years, I kept telling myself I would go and lo and behold. 3 is a charm!

The school band. I can't be more happier than this lot. They were kinda shaky and tense on their first few performances but they were able to pull off towards the end and hey, all that matters, yeah?

The scenery! Okay, this is actually in the morning when I was from work but still relevant.

province life

Of all the bad things I have said about how far is our house from everywhere, this is one good thing I could say. IT IS SOOOO REFRESHING.

I mean, I don't actually live in an urban kind of place but man, our house is in the most rural of the ruralest. That's not even a word. Also, not really. LOL. That's it, I guess? Bye!
