Lotte World VS Everland

December 19, 2019 0
Lotte World VS Everland
So if it's your first time in South Korea and you're on limited time, it's wise to actually just pick one because a trip to this place could take up a day of your travel. I mean, unless you don't really like rides and just want to check the place out but also, why bother visiting? I have been to these places twice. So I guess I can impart my knowledge to everyone. Question mark.

So here’s a short comparison of Lotte World and Everland.

LOTTE WORLD

EVERLAND

1. Location

Lotte World is way more accessible than Everland. In my understanding, you can either ride the train, bus, or taxi when you want to go to Lotte World. Everland, I’m not so sure because the two times I went there, we rode a tour/shuttle bus.

EVERLAND

2. Food

I find Everland better than Lotte World when it comes to food. I didn’t really see a lot of options in Everland and quite a lot of options in Lotte World but yeah. I think Everland has better and easier access to food. ALSO, can we not forget about the corn! THE BEST CORN I EVER HAD IN EVERLAND and probably the worst in LOTTE WORLD.

EVERLAND

3. Rides

Everland has more exciting rides than Lotte World I think. But I actually used to like Lotte World than Everland but now, I like Everland better I think. T-Express for the win!! I mean, it’s worth the 100 minutes of waiting time. For Lotte World though, ATLANTIS ADVENTURE. But yeah, I liked T-Express. We actually almost missed it because I was like, meh let’s just skip this.

4. Parades

I don’t know anymore. I think I used to like Lotte World’s parade and programs but Everland’s concerts and short programs are leveled up and I like it better now. The light parade is better at Everland I think.

5. The Vibes

LOTTE WORLD

EVERLAND

I actually like the vibes of Lotte World better. It's more compact therefore you can see the action more closely than that of Everland. Also, can I just say that the uneven ground/mountainous setting of Everland makes it very hard for oldies like me to enjoy so yeah.

Day 4 | Lotte World

Day 4 | Lotte World

Lotte World! I was also soo excited for this trip! But! Also kind of crowded! We weren’t able to ride one major ride that we kind of hope were able to but yeah we were able to ride more here than we did at Everland though. Anyways. Let’s go! I already don’t remember the sequence of what we did but I will try my best.

Snack Time!

I thought this to be the first time I had this ice cream but I guess I already had this before with Pring. Oh well. You can just skip this by the way. Not so good!

Indoor goodness! Glad this is indoor because we didn’t bring our coat.

OUR FIRST RIDE!

TGIF SNACKS!

The fries was legit delicious!

PARADE!

The afternoon parade was fun in fairness.

Even though it’s not as impressive as Disney’s, it’s still nice to walk around and look at this castle because it has the feels somehow.

They had this Selfie Room which used to be a trick eye museum. Very interesting stuff if you ask me. I really enjoyed our little time there.

Savage! Not appropriate! But hey, this is just for fun. And if you think about it, kinda true!

The CORN WAS SOOO DRY! I don’t recommend!!!! Like, my dreams were shattered!

We had Panda Express for lunch and it was delicious. Might be my first Panda Express experience?

Lotte Tower

Police! It was my first Halloween experience in here so it was also kinda refreshing.

the castle at night

The night parade wasn't very impressive. I think it's a new program but yeah it was very short and not very entertaining. The afternoon parade was nice though so I liked that one.

When in Seoul

When in Seoul

As we all know, I have been wanting to go to Seoul ever since I can remember. What was that? 2009? Yes! I've waited that long and I ain't backing up you know. We were actually supposed to go August but yeah we kind of went earlier than planned but it was very much needed so, yeah. Not complaining. Very timely for I am in a situation where everything's kind of a blur.

Narita Terminal 1

I have planned a 4-day trip to the city and here's my run down of the events. I will be posting a somehow in depth story of this though. But give me time, people! Hahaha

 Best Western Hotel

Migliore Mall

Anyways, Day 1 was okay. We left Narita at around 5 and arrived in Incheon National Airport at around 8. The bus guide dropped us to the hotel and we wasted no time and we went to this shopping place at Dongdaemun. After going up and down the shopping place, we then had dinner. It was okay. At this point, we were not really hungry but managed to eat anyways haha. Also, after some ikot-ikot there, totally out of the plan, we went straight to Ittaewon because we wanted to see the night life of people.

Bukchon Hanok Village Deck

This Might be of Importance

Day 2 was the busiest day for us. We went to the palaces, War Memorial, National Museum, Seoul Tower, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun again.

Lotte World

Day 3 we allotted to LOTTE WORLD. But somehow we managed to go to Dongdaemun again. I actually like Myeongdong more than Dongdaemun but you know, complications.

Cheonggyecheon Stream

Day 4 was our last day. It was sad. But we managed to check out the Cheonggye Plaza and Stream before bus picked us up and dropped us to the airport. So that happened. It was overall a good trip. I can't wait to be back! Soon, please! Ciao!

My Soul Wants SEOUL.

My Soul Wants SEOUL.

So last May 2011,  I blogged about this on my WordPress blog account which I am not updating by the way. So I figured I want to blog about the top 5 things I would want to do in South Korea. Soon, I hope.

1. Just be in Seoul.

http://aajaasia.wordpress.com
It may sound weird but I just want to feel how it feels to be in Seoul. Do you feel me? Like, you know how different it is to kind of watch a concert on TV and to actually watch it live, right? That kind of hunger. I want to feel Seoul.

Take pictures and stuff like that!

Namsan Tower, Teddy Bear Museum, Hello Kitty Cafe, Seoul Zoo, Han River, and all that stuff.

2. Visit Lotte World.

koreaexpatblog.com
Since South Korea doesn't have a Disney Land, well, North Korea too I think but yeah. I guess Lotte World is actually the way to do it. Or EVERLAND, is it? But whatever. I think I want to go to Lotte World more.

3. Visit Bukchon Hanok Village.

pixelinduced.com
Like, I've seen this village in movies, series, and all that stuff so I really want to see it myself.

4. Walk along Chonggyecheon Stream.

http://www.time.com

Like, it's so common of a place but whatever. I still want to go

5. Eat STREET FOODS.

Life, for reals. Everything. I want to try a little bit of everything and go back for more. Like, eating at some fancy restaurant wouldn't probably give me that Seoul vibes as much as eating along the streets of Seoul, right?
