Dior sample lip gloss review.

Image
Or not! Actually, I only got one sample from the whole collection. But nevertheless will be doing a review. OF COURSE. It's been with me for a while now. Actually, for so long now. See, no more details or anything. Poor lip gloss. From the swatch above, it's very obvious that it's not as pigmented it is in the tube. But it's still good to be off alone or kind of coat it on the top of your favorite lipstick. Whichever you prefer. I like it alone. The glittery thingy is not at all intimidating. However, it feels kind of heavy on. It also has a very sweet scent which I think is brilliant. Sometimes. In my opinion, since it's heavy, ultimately follows that it's long wearing.  After weeping off with a towel, twice, glitter particles are still visible.  All in all, I think this is really my HG lip gloss. I really like the thick formula and the SCENT! I think that this lip gloss was discontinued though. Well, that's the sad part.

The Voice UK vs USA. The Battle.

Image
Recently, I've been watching a show called THE VOICE. Like before, I've noticed YouTube stars promoting this and after one and another, I was like "AGAIN?" I was really annoyed, if you can't tell. Then I don't know but recently, WOW I just got hooked like that. Oh why again? First of all, just the thought of Adam Levine , enough said. Then one time I searched for The Voice on YouTube and a UK version showed. And my whole world was like "WHAT'S HAPPENING?". Let the battle begin! I think the combination of the judges is just so fantastic in the US version. In the sense that, provided you're truly is a singer, there's a place for you. Well, here in the UK version however, they sort of talk a lot when the blind audition is going on and I have this feeling that they kind of have an ideal singer. If that makes sense.  Like, they really do talk a lot (said that already) and I think in majority of the contestants, the jud...

Nestle KitKat Bites. Review.

Image
I think I was a little bit disappointed in this particular ice cream. I really like KitKat wafers though. I also like KitKat Bites. But for some unknown reason, this ice cream is not as awesome as I thought it would be. Well, sometimes, wonderful things put together just doesn't work. Say, facial features. Everything should be in harmony. AND NOTHING ELSE WILL MATTER. One thing I don't like in an ice cream is if it is toooo sweet. Luckily, this ice cream renders a very reasonable amount of sweetness and that's one thing! I realized that probably, the wafer inside the Bites just makes the experience of eating ice cream a little but dry because it's inside a chocolate egg unlike for example, in cookies and cream where the cookies are exposed to the ice cream itself therefore giving it a softer texture. Or it's just probably me preferring simple ice cream above anything else. Yup! Simply somehow Delicious. Not really very promising.

LSS much.

I've been listening to Eminem's Lose Yourself pretty much all the time now. How come? It all started after I heard a guy named Max Milner did a mash-up of Come Together and Lose Yourself on The Voice UK. And my homeboy Danny of The Script kind of rapped on his seat. If that's not attractive to you, then I don't know what is.

Vista Marina, Subic. Review.

Image
I don't know why, but for some reason, I really looked happy. I loved the trip because it made me realize that the Philippines, at some point, is not yet "that" polluted. And if only we can do something about it, then who knows? It may still be revived to its best. Sister and I posing under the sun. WHEW! Nice landscape I must say. After applying sunblock and all that protective stuff. The pool is really not very impressive. It is kind of small. Which I think is a good thing. Mainly to invite people to just go to the beach. But actually, the water is not very nice and all that. I really prefer the pool sometimes. But nevertheless, I did enjoy walking in the most shallow part of the bay. Even though I don't look like it. Waves! So we showered and went back to the pool. WIN! The places was generally nice. The hotel room, lobby and stuff. It's quite posh. Sorry for blocking the nice chandelier. Also, there...

Being a tri-lingual.

I'm not gonna brag about this (will). Nah just kidding. People from high school and college actually kind of see this as my strength while I don't really know. Awhile ago, a friend of mine sent me an  article  that made me want to share this thing. I did not learn this languages by choice (just so you know).  How did I learn them? FILIPINO: Contrary to the popular belief, TAGALOG isn't what we speak, alright? It's FILIPINO. I probably can speak this because I am half-Filipino and I am now living in the Philippines. Actually, I've been here quite a long time so what are the chances that I can't speak/understand the language? Not to make anyone who have been living here for quite sometime and still can't speak the language bad of course. I'm just saying. ENGLISH: English is probably a little bit something that I chose to be good at. I mean, they teach English in all levels here and in college (I'm still in college), if you ...

Let me tell you a story about this MANGO TREE. About 12 years ago, my cousin and I ate an INDIAN MANGO that our grandmother made us eat. The mangoes were so good that my cousin and I decided to plant the seed in a small sort of box where my mom used to plant all sorts of plants. I then asked my grandfather how long would it take for the plant to actually grow and bear fruits? My grandpa answered something like 10 or 11. I felt like all my dreams fell apart when I heard that. From that point, I didn't actually think that it is possible for me to see it. Like, 10 years seems to be sooooo long. Despite what my grandpa said, I used to check for improvements and all that. Couple of months after, I noticed that there's a new plant there and I told my mom that the mango actually grew from the seed I planted. For some reason, my cousin's mango disappeared. But we reckon that they kind of fused together and grew as one. I remember when we used to tear a leaf, split it in...
