SHIKIMIKIE

 Don't be fooled by the title folks. Sanrio Puroland in Tama Center is completely indoors. It just so happened that it snowed outside whilst were inside.  I went with my sister and these are the pictures that we took. As this is our first time in a long time, we got several official photos like this one that was taken during the My Melody ride.  My melody chair.  I don't know if I have a favorite Sanrio character now but back then, I used to like Kitty's sister, Mimmy. JUST BECAUSE. Can I just share that my sister, used to love watching Hello Kitty and we probably have all the Hello Kitty videotapes that there is, right? And when we would go to Sanrio Puroland, you would probably think that it is paradise for her, right? NO! As a child, she would scream her lungs out crying.   Sanrio Puroland is just as I remember it to be. The thing is, I know we missed a couple shows so there's always something to go back for. When we went way back, they had a Gudetama section...

I went to this with my sister. We were initially planning to skate because it was winter but decided to cancelled last minute because we didn't like the skating rink. It was crowded with little kids! And it's so small so yeah we thought we'd do the sky tree without the skate bundle but yeah that was also very crowded so in the middle of falling in line, we decided to escape! We found this place accidentally I would say.  SELF The place is not crowded at all so yeah a little hidden place around the building so maybe not a lot of people know about the place? Even though the place is small, it didn't disappoint.  I feel like Jelly Fish area is something that I look forward to when visiting aquariums.  I remember spending a lot of time just to take a good picture of this creature.  That is all I can share about this now. I don't know if I liked it very much. I guess I did? 

I have a love and hate relationship with this city. I get its charm but there's just so many people everytime.  We ate at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant along the street and we were a little bit hesitant to eat in our kimono buy why not?   Small fortune. My sister got bad fortune! If ever this happens to you, they have a place for you to tie the bad luck paper and it will apparently negate the effect of this. Fast forward today, nothing really happened to my sister 2 years ago so yeah tying the paper worked!  Me eating Ichigo ame. Sister with the matcha iced cream. I guess it's cooler to call it Tanghulu now. If you ever come up with that name, know that it is the same.  After our kimono, we wanted to go up the tower but unfortunately, there's a huge queue and we decided not to do it like in the middle of us queuing.  We ended up going in the aquarium.   Magsawa kayo sa mukha ko guys. Charot. It is my ultimate goal to wear all the colours of Kimono. If you ever go to Asakusa as a tourist, please make time to wear kimono. There are many great spots to take pictures!
