Lotte World VS Everland

Image
So if it's your first time in South Korea and you're on limited time, it's wise to actually just pick one because a trip to this place could take up a day of your travel. I mean, unless you don't really like rides and just want to check the place out but also, why bother visiting? I have been to these places twice. So I guess I can impart my knowledge to everyone. Question mark. So here’s a short comparison of Lotte World and Everland. LOTTE WORLD EVERLAND 1. Location Lotte World is way more accessible than Everland. In my understanding, you can either ride the train, bus, or taxi when you want to go to Lotte World. Everland, I’m not so sure because the two times I went there, we rode a tour/shuttle bus. LOTTE WORLD EVERLAND 2. Food I find Everland better than Lotte World when it comes to food. I didn’t really see a lot of options in Everland and quite a lot of options in Lotte World but yeah. I think Everland has better and easier access to food. ALSO, can we not forge...

Day 3.1 | Nami Island and Lunch!

Image
I was soo excited for this trip because it’s the first time I’ve been and it was soo beautiful. It wasn’t in its full autumn glory though but the whole vibes is definitely there, you know. In order to reach the main island, one must ride a ferry for like 5 minutes or so. It was a rather smooth ride and yeah it's a very effective sell of the island. Also! Can I just say that Nami Island is supposed to be looked at as its own country because 1, you have to have a passport (not your own) to get in the island and 2, they have their own currency which I didn't see and 3, they have their own flag. The trees are not that pretty anymore. Already have a lot of fall and it's almost prettier up than down. sisters I definitely love the colors of nature! The maple trees are soo beautiful though! It makes up for the not so good color of other trees! Snack Time! The Picturesque spot at the middle of the island!  We only spent like two hours here which is not enough considering we have to ...

Seoul Day 6 | Myeongdong/Cheonggyecheon/Airport

Image
It’s the magic of the morning. I kinda look nice for an unedited pic. No? As always, it’s just me.  Not so magical anymore but whatever Walked alone this stream coz I know this would be the last day and I can’t be slacking at my hotel. I was tempted to though.  They have illumination going on in broad daylight girl. I was like, what is this sorcery? But you know, they still don’t do much at night. Probably just testing things out still.  Happy New Year, everyone! Cute Again, missed the lit up version. Walked my way to Myeongdong to find more skin care stuff and you know! Again! Did I spend more than I should? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. HAUL AFTER THIS. Ordered SOONDAE! SO DELICIOUS! Liver and lungs! Yas! SOOO GOOD!! The first two soondae that I had didn't have organs but this one is sooo lit! Also, they have takeaways so I just sat in the middle of Myeongdong and ate this. Didn't want to spend time inside the restaurant sitting. I ate rice cake sausage here. Was actually s...

Seoul Day 4 | Haneul Park/Shopping

Image
Seolnongtang, Haneul Park, DDP, Dongdaemun, and Myeongdong. First, Haneul Park.  The place where we went to eat the food. We kind of waited for like 20 minutes to get in. I wonder why.  cool ambiance though  yas This is what you see even before you get seated. Cool that they’re efficient.  The seolnongtang place that we went to is in Hongdae area. Not bad! Although not something I would want to have again because of it’s very plain flavor. It’s just me guys don’t panic. Haneul Park Interesting for photos but ya know, probably not somewhere I'd go to. It may seem like all I do is complain but trust me I am very thankful for the tour.  who would have thought? Haneul Park. Talahib in tagalog. Yes bes. Talahib. I don’t know why we went but it was fun! Picture galore! Thank you Josie for being the most creative photographer/person ever. I will never forget you.  I haven’t been to DDP so it was kind of refreshing in a sense. I don’t remember what we did there act...
