1. I believe I got these Kisses from my mom together with some other stuff on my 20th Birthday. My likey chocolates! But not as much as Blueberry Cheesecake! Okay never mind. LOL. Can I just share that in Japan, or even in Korea and probably some other places, it's the ladies' job to make chocolates to the guy they like but in the Philippines, it's kind of the reverse so it's somehow interesting. I remember my Hidemi told me a story about her making a guy mini chocolates but didn't give it because when she asked another friend to taste it, the friend told her that it looks like poop. LOL. On another note, I guess I'm just very lucky that I always get something on Valentine's Day. Of course! It's my birthday. Back to the Kisses though, as much as like almonds, I think I enjoyed the Cookies 'n' Creme more.  2. This is during our first internship, Histology-Pathology department. I probably told you many times that this is my favorite post...

Dr. Ted Grey is LOVE

If all PATHOLOGISTS look like this, GURL! Haha so just a little back story, I think I was first year in college when this movie came out and we were at the mall, right? I saw the showing date and then we intended to watch it (of course) and then we couldn't make it on the first day so we just decided to come back the other day but then when we returned, they're not showing it na. WHUT? Anyways, I illegally downloaded the movie and watched it just now and what can I say? Kind of weird for a game, you know. Basically they have to kill people but not just to kill! They have to do it in such a way that no one would know how exactly they did it. It's sort of a game that them resident pathologists play. And I'm kind of proud that I got one out of so many. I'm not PATHO (yet, perhaps). So yeah. I wouldn't go into detail but I am very impressed with the ending.  I actually witnessed doctors play games probably twice. Not this kind of games where they kill people...

Performance!

Image
So we had our hospital Christmas Party last Friday and part of the program was like, a performance from each laboratory section. Our theme was DANCE DANCE DANCE so I guess it wouldn't be hard to guess what we did. Because one criteria for winning is actually relevance to the theme. Whatever. LOL. Kim and I haha. We actually performed first so I really ate as fast I could just so you know. I don't know. Food was actually great. Like, we had LECHON, some pork, chicken, and rice. Too bad I wasn't able to eat deserts. Like, every group actually brought something for desert and I believe ours brought cupcakes but after our performance, we actually extracted blood from patients upstairs already so whatever. Thanks to a friend who actually took the pictures above. Like, he's not from our hospital but visited us anyways. And if you can recognize that guy on the first picture, yup! My previous post mate from my first internship. Not from my hospital now as wel...

Pathology Grand Duty.

As far as I don't want my HistoPath post rotation to end, it happened. Oh well. Sometimes we just have to stick to the idea that some good things don't really last. Whatever! So I really like Histo-Path not because of lesser work load or stuff. It's the people! Like, there are four Medical Technologists in that post and they are all nice to work with. The pathologists are all nice as well. Like, they won't pressure you to get things done and stuff. But of course, that doesn't mean that you don't have to do it. It's like, giving you time to do things. Meet my post mates! :) Just because the flood was pretty bad that time, one member wasn't able to come. So it's not like grand-grand duty. So to celebrate the unwanted event of moving out of the post, we decided to have a little gathering. How weird. LOL.    And some fresh fruits and cake! Meet sir Fil. The head med tech for Histo-Path. He's cool as eff I swear. So yeah. I re...

Life crisis.

There are just too many stuff going on right now. Thesis, internship, UAAP, life, just kidding!! LOL. I'm serious about the first two though. A little bit about the UAAP. Well, it's 6 wins, 1 loss so whatever. Like, can we just win this season? UST? Oh well. Go USTe! Anyways. I know time flies so fast and I'll get over these problems soon. That thought sort of inspires me and keeps me going. Somehow. BUT THE THING IS... I'm a little bit worried too. Kind of. I think I've mentioned this before. But that's kind of another story. What I'm worried about is that the fact that I'm thinking that these will be over soon and stuff and to be honest, I'm looking forward to it (like a lot). I'm worried that because I'm so looking forward to the future, I might miss stuff that's happening right now. But then thinking about it, I filter a lot of stuff.  Because I'm good like that. LOL. Anyways. It's not that I'm gonna take t...
