Wildest Dreams OH~

Image
Okay so this is how it started. I was a nurse intern (why though?) at this mall and apparently, it was my first day. The doctor was orienting me because you know, clueless here. I was even handed the clipboard that nurses use.    Then my sister Mari came. She was like, with the meanest voice, "bitch, what are you doing here?" And in my head, I was like, "oh no, you didn't". The fight went physical. She pulled my hair and I pulled hers. Man, I was so pissed. And then for some reason, we moved on from the fight but I was still at the mall.  Then there was an event at the garden (which looks like an arena) where they're having this Sakura illumination much like what happened in Sea Paradise. So yeah there's that. And then I was like, too pretty not to blog so I did take some pictures, right? So I was like at the top of the arena, and then at the bottom stairs, there was a creepy man and he was pointing to my phone. At this point he was actually very far awa...

Drug Store Haul 2

Image
This is what I got from the drugstores. It's conveniently very near from my place so whatever I need, it's within reach. More like things I think I need. But not really. Hahaha. Talk about impulsive buying. Hahaha anyways, these are the things I got. This pink hair color. You know, I think that there are really things that should be done by people who knows how to do it. Because I think that the more I try to fix the color of my hair, the more it gets worse. IDK. I should book a salon trip soon!!    This Blistex lip balm. For some reason, I always lose my Burt's Bees and I thought I'd buy another. NOT. Now, I don't know which bag has my lip balms. Most likely the bag I'm not using as of the moment and when it's like time to change bags, I probably have transferred it to my current bag which I won't be using 5 minutes after. I'm weird. I probably should have one lip balm per bag but not ideal since I don't really change my bag that much. And! They...

Takasaki Park Hanami 2016

Image
And yes. We finally got a full bloom. Although alone, I really felt happy that I was able to see all this beauty.  I was kind of hesitant for Hanami actually because it particularly rained so hard earlier that day and I was like should I really go there with umbrella or something? But you know, it did stop when I was about to go off the train. Also, my advice is just to go for it because Sakura wouldn't wait for you.  Takasaki Park is kinda near the station.  Probably a 20 minute walk or less even so it's really easy to locate (if you know how to read a map). It's a small park though, but you know, you get what you want there so why not?  Beautiful!  Also a fun fact, there are actually about 3-4 bird cages in that park. I don't know what for but yeah.  So delicate. So pure. Like, who wouldn't love to stare at these, right?  Takasaki Park Awesome! For some reason, I like me some Sakura by the river/lake or something. Any parts of water for that matter. ...

Take me Home <3

Image
Selfie.  It was actually my first time to go to the airport alone. Let alone going to another country alone. But for some reason, I wasn't nervous. Anyways, my itinerary that time was Sagamihara-Machida-Narita. All about 2 hours and 30 minutes away from home. I planned to take the first train but I was like, too early. So I took the next train. Then when I was down the entrance of my mansion, I felt like my face was too hot (it's winter) so I thought I wasn't able to turn off the heater so I went back up again. At this point I really don't have any time to spare so I rushed my way to the station. I was able to make it on time but then when I tapped my SUICA CARD, it  turned out I don't have enough credits remaining so quickly, I asked the lady to load the card and she said I have to do it alone. Clearly, no time left for me. I missed the train so I really have to do everything quickly when I arrive at MACHIDA. Or else, I'll miss my bus. It  was a very tiring mom...

Losing Wallet in Japan

Image
This will be the last time I'd ever lose a wallet ever again.  It was awkward. Like, very awkward. I wish I was informed that this would be the situation when claiming the wallet. So basically, the last time I saw my wallet was when I paid for the screen protector for my phone in GEO. Then I was walking my way to Belc, a supermarket, then I didn't find what I was looking for so I then went to a different one. I actually didn't find what I was looking for in the other supermarket that I went to either  but I decided to buy other things instead and then when it's time for me to check-out, couldn't find the wallet. I sort of panicked. I then asked the check-out lady to set aside my stuff and I'll just look for my wallet. I did. I went back to the path I crossed and didn't find it. I then for some reason thought of going back from that supermarket, to Belc, then to GEO. At this point I only had 2% battery left. I called the Police. Then they asked for all the de...

Fixing a Broken iPhone 6+ Screen

Image
I had a total of four iPhones. I haven't had any of them glass shattered. Well until this happened.  Very minimal damage This is probably every iPhone owners' nightmare. The day they crack their screen. FYI I actually flinch when I see a broken iPhone. I don't know. Maybe I feel like they're gonna hurt themselves or something. Anyways, here's my story. Like, on my way home from the place where I bought my new bike, I dropped it. Great. Back story, even though it was raining, for a while, it was on the basket of the bike because I don't know how to go back home. I was checking on Google Maps so it was safe on the basket but then when I reached a familiar place, I decided to put it in my pocket to protect it from the rain. Then! When I was about to enter the bicycle's parking space of my mansion, I moved out of the bike and voila! My phone decided to move out of my pocket as well. Naughty phone if you ask me. I heard a loud crack but then I was on denial, mayb...

Nagahama Ramen Review

Image
There are quite a lot of ramen places in Japan. It's Japan so it's given that all their ramen places are better than everywhere else in the world. However, the competition is still up in Japan.  This ramen place is one competitive player. I've learned about this place thru a co-worker and hella thankful they did tell me about this. Speaking of competition, they do have a challenge here where you can win a shirt and a place where you can brag on the wall. The challenge is you have to finish 7 servings of noodles. I don't know if I can do it (no) but it's not impossible because they don't have much place left on their walls. Go Bry! ;)  Ramen places here in Japan especially in the city are mostly modernized but this one is like still semi-vintage. And for some reason, I still like this kind of set-up where you still see the workers manually doing their thing. My Ramen Buddy Ramen buddy who's always craving for this ramen. Even joked that he'd go alone when...

Is Duterte the One?

Image
irrelevant picture frame  A few years ago, I thought to myself, what if si Mayor Duterte ang presidente ng Pilipinas? Ang ayos-ayos siguro. Just imagine Davao being the 9th safest city in the world. But then again I thought to myself, why can't we all just be like the Davaoeños instead? What is it that they have that we don't? DISCIPLINE is one but come to think of it. We're not inferior to them. The problem is that most of us if not all are so used to depending the sake of our country to our leaders while we wait for their promised miracle to happen. If we continue to act like how we are acting right now and even in the past decades, I'm sorry. But yes, I'm afraid we're all just waiting in vain. Tapos sasabihin na sila sa Davao may kinakatakutan. Hindi ganun yun e. It might be but it's not always the case. Ang problema sa madami sa atin e kinakaya-kaya nalang natin yung sistema. Hindi tayo marunong makipag cooperate.  I don't know who can really fix the...

My New Bike

Image
I actually thought of buying a new bike ever since my lock got broken. But I was like, I can live with a broken lock. And then less than a month ago, I got a flat tire. I have two options by then. First, I get myself a new tire and still live with a broken lock. Second, I buy myself a new bike and I don't get to deal with a broken lock anymore. Who wouldn't choose the later, right? A new tire would cost probably like 1/3 the price of my previous bike anyways so yeah. No regrets!  Bry and I went to this place called Daiwa Cycle nearby and the plan was to actually go to Mega Don Quijote to buy this stuff because we both haven't been there yet but then Bry saw the cycle shop and so we stopped and basically bought the bike because you know, I'm not really picky with my bike. I was just like, this time I should have something that I like the color of. And they did have a wide variety of colors! I'm impressed. And it's relatively cheap!  This bike is classified red by...

Tokyo Disney Sea 2015

Image
First time at Disney Sea! I haven't been to Universal either but I'm assuming that the Earth something something looks quite similar to this. Or at least we thought. Haha For some reason, when I go to parks and stuff, it's always Halloween. I wonder.  Disney Sea gives me a European village vibe for some reason. Haven't been to Europe either so I don't know why I'm saying that. Haha Went with Bry to celebrate his Birthday. :) When I was a child, I always wondered what Disney Sea is like but I was always too small for Disney Sea so that gave me the notion that Disney Sea is for adults. Also, when I was kind of a grown-up, my little sisters were too little for it anyways so we didn't really have a chance to go together.  For most part, it is. But that doesn't mean that children wouldn't enjoy their visit or something. There are still rides and places where we felt like we're too old to go into. But that's like only 1 ride so whatever haha.  A li...
