Random Japan Pictures Part 5. A Look Back.

Stop over when we were about to go to the Philippines. Some Dippin' Dots behind us. Can't remember what I ordered then so yeah. This is usually where we do our health break/bathroom break from the long drive from our place to the airport so yeah.  I just thought I dressed well. Never mind.

At least it's delicious. LOL.

When I came home (090312), I saw this at the table. Oh boy. Diet ruined. To be honest, I actually had cheeseburger from Burger Machine and then had some dinner and then this. What diet am I talking about again? LOL.     GUILTY PLEASURE! For reals! It's a potato snack and it's dang good. It's actually a Calbee product and anything from Calbee is expected to be delish. Confirmed! And FATTY of course.  I noticed that whenever I am in Japan, just because I eat potato chips from Calbee too much, I gain pounds and pounds just like that. So this one is from Hokkaido, yeah? I don't know much about their potatoes but whatever. Anything from Hokaiddo must be something legit. I just know. LOL.   It's like double fried and deep deep fried french fries. And when you take a bite of it, you know you're gonna gain a pound or two in an instant. It's really very crunchy and stuff. Really fattening I suppose. But at least it's delicious. LOL...

Asamizo Park, Japan. A Look Back.

So I don't know if I already told you about this but this is like my go-to-place when I was young-er. LOL. So yeah we usually go here once or twice a week and stuff so yeah this place is really memorable for me so I'm glad I found some pictures and that I get to share some of the moments to y'all. I seriously love the flowers in this place. Or generally the flowers in Japan. I don't know. It's just that I don't get to see as much here. I kind of like flowers. Because some flowers are kind of fragile so seeing them bloom makes me think that there's someone taking care of it and that someone is doing a great job. Getting sentimental all of a sudden, huh? LOL. Tulips! :) Oh! Can you see the playground? My sisters and I used to play there and stuff! LOL. I wish I was a kid again. Si kids! Stop trying to grow up or something. Enjoy your childhood while it lasts. There's even a mini zoo inside the park and stuff and yeah and it's most...

Great Buddha, Japan. A look back.

Honestly speaking, I don't remember much from this trip. I am very certain I bought some tall soft cream though. In fact, green tea soft cream near the parking lot. Oh anyways. So from what I remember, because this one's quite a long time ago. Ummm..we entered that statue and I don't know. Maybe nothing so significant so I can't remember. Some jars, I believe? Or maybe not. maybe some pictures or other things. It was also crowded with people and from what I can remember, and I'm certain about this, I viewed stuff from a narrow spiral staircase and so yeah, I had to move quick because of the fast-moving people in front of me and for the people behind me to move, I had to.  So yeah, the place is quite park-ish so yeah. A nice place to go to somehow. I'm not actually a Buddhist so maybe that's why I didn't enjoy the place as much as I want to but yeah. :) Looking at my pictures way way back actually makes me kind of wonder why I wore so muc...

Seventeen Ice. I love! :)

Love love love these ice creams. As far as I can remember, there are about 5 vendo machines that I used to buy these ice creams to. REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER.  1.  Inside the multi-function hall thingy at Sagamihara Koen. Like, every time I bike my way there. I would just buy one and sit there and watch people swim. Also, even just before or after swimming, I never missed buying one right after. Hidemi and I used to eat these stuff a lot.  2. Inside the mini zoo If you're nearby or whatnot, it's actually near the pony riding thing.  3. Odakyu Sagamihara  It's on the second floor of Odakyu mall and stuff. Odakyu OX is it? Yeah, second floor near the day care kind of place. 4. Minamirin-kan - PHOTO ABOVE! Near the second floor of the supermarket where the 100 shop is at! LOVE! LOL.  My favorite flavor would probably be the CHOCO MINT! Love that. I used to love the CREAM SODA but whatever. People change. I think Hidemi...

Breakaway...

These pictures were taken few years back ago. There were actually so many birds to feed that time. I even encountered some wild ones trying to steal portions of food I was supposed to feed to the smaller ones. And then we bought からげ (fried chicken) in the nearest convenience store and when my younger sister's about to eat one chunk of it, a big bird stole it from her from above. Good thing she wasn't hurt or anything. She was like just surprised and was scared a little bit. Then my mom threw a big portion of cupcake high up the air and that big bird took it. It was quite an experience to watch such. Anyways. Nothing much. I just thought that I've been really busy lately. And blogging stuff kind of helps me unwind and slow down things. It's just nice to bring back good old days, you know. The thing is I haven't seen quite a lot of friends for like forever and I definitely miss them so much. I actually haven't seen my best friend as well which ...

Sakura pixes.

These are some pictures I took some years ago. I'm just so missing Japan. Like, every time there are so much stuff to be done in the laboratory, I would always say stuff like "I want to go back to Japan." LOL. My co-intern actually copied that line of mine and said it to me.   Thank goodness for phone cameras. They really come handy. It wasn't even like a smart phone or so but yeah pictures in general never fails to bring back good memories. Or even bad memories.  Since I don't really have anything to do, I usually ride my bike and stuff. And so I took these pictures of Sakura. I believe I was with my sister Mika this time. My looks haven't changed much, yeah? So much love! This was taken few years back as well and it was in some province where my dad's closest friend lives. So yeah, we usually go there to visit and give them gifts from the Philippines. I actually love that there's that mix colored SAKURA. I believe the tree is ...
