What's On My Makeup Purse?

May 14, 2012 0
What's On My Makeup Purse?

This is what my makeup bag looks like and I pretty much carry it everyday. I used to be so careless with my makeup and just put anything I can see that's relevant to whatever bag I carried but I realized that I shouldn't be like that anymore. (Feeling grown up) LOL. I don't carry a lot of things. Just the basic stuff I know are important. Let's START!

I use sanitize my hands a lot. I don't know. Vain like that. It's a dirty world. You know.

I also bring with me my Pigeon compact powder (love it), Elegance foundation (rarely use it), and my T'estimo II blusher. I actually don't apply blush powder a lot. But just in case.

I have with me an IN2IT Sheer Shine Lipstick in Trim, a pink lipstick from some drugstore in Japan, a Dior Lipgloss and my ever favorite Nivea Fruity Shine.

Last two things on my purse are these. A very cheap eye curler that has a quite expensive rubber thingy inside LOL. And  my hair clip that I usually use a lot because of internship. There you have it! Basically everything that's on my purse.

Dior Kiss. Review.

Dior Kiss. Review.
I haven't been using lip gloss for a while so this won't probably be very helpful for those of you who happen to come across this blog searching for an extensive review. LOL.  But hello there!

As you can see, it's just so sparkly and shimmery.

Well what can I say? I actually tried this like four times now and I actually still can't appreciate the beauty of this lip gloss. For me it's just another lip gloss.

For some reason, I really appreciate lip glosses in this kind of "dispenser" more than the mascara type-like.

And of course a swatch!

Not really pigmented. The tube color is lying. That's all for now. Might do an update if I happen to change my mind.

Dior Gourmette 002 Street Charm. Review.

Dior Gourmette 002 Street Charm. Review.
So don't think that I splurge too much because I only got this from my auntie. Like, for quite a while now. How can someone make a full review of something they only got for a short time? FAUX! I do that though. LOL.

That's  how it looks like. I actually like the look of it. Only that it really is heavy. I had this for a while now and I like that it doesn't show anything like, rust or anything like that because it would be very unsanitary for the gloss that's inside. So good job.

Excuse my hairy arm. :D

As you can see on the swatch above, the darker shade on the container is really very pigmented and very easy to build. The lighter shade however, is kind of hard to build so as you can see in the container, it's kind of used more than the darker shade.

The consistency is very creamy. It's actually kind of sticky so make sure that you moisturize your lips or else you'll probably be pissed and stuff. The darker shade can probably stand on its own but the lighter shade could probably go together with an undertone. Oh, a lipstick. What am I saying?

I like how it perfectly fits. It's very chiq. And classy. But heavy. I think it's a limited edition but yeah I don't actually know. LOL. It's actually a nice idea that they made such kind of product because after you consumed the glosses, at least you can still rock the charm and probably refill it with another stuff. It's pretty safe, I'm sure. Like, you can actually hear the "click" when you lock it. And it's pretty easy to open.

Dior sample lip gloss review.

Dior sample lip gloss review.
Or not! Actually, I only got one sample from the whole collection. But nevertheless will be doing a review. OF COURSE.

It's been with me for a while now. Actually, for so long now. See, no more details or anything. Poor lip gloss.

From the swatch above, it's very obvious that it's not as pigmented it is in the tube. But it's still good to be off alone or kind of coat it on the top of your favorite lipstick. Whichever you prefer. I like it alone. The glittery thingy is not at all intimidating. However, it feels kind of heavy on. It also has a very sweet scent which I think is brilliant. Sometimes. In my opinion, since it's heavy, ultimately follows that it's long wearing.

After weeping off with a towel, twice, glitter particles are still visible.

All in all, I think this is really my HG lip gloss. I really like the thick formula and the SCENT! I think that this lip gloss was discontinued though. Well, that's the sad part.
