It’s Christmas Time

Image
Sheraton Hotel  We went here to visit/guide my dad’s friends when they visited not so long ago. They had a very festive display like the Christmas tree above.  Robinson’s Place Manila Robinson’s Place Manila They also went to a nearby mall to buy souvenirs to bring back home. There was also a very nice display going on there and we took some pictures with it.  Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Hotel They also had/have something going on outside the hotel which is very nice. Festive. Christmas is kind of different nowadays don’t you think? We’ve been talking about it at work and yeah, everything is different now, for sure. I liked the old times better so to speak. My lolo and I would go to my ninongs and ask for AGUINALDO. Bless my lolo. I wouldn’t know right away if they’re home or like hiding somewhere. LOL. Thank you for always accompanying me when I was younger. Now people would just PM/send messages to their godparents. Where’s the thrill? I remember being so happy receiving ne...

It's Christmas Soon

Image
And nope this post got nothing to do with Christmas. It's just random ramblings of some sort. Oh before anything elss, HELLO guys! I just thought I would make a little disclaimer there. But anyways. I realize I never really stick to a certain topic regardless.  It's already November and I can't help but really admire the speed of time. Imagine! I have been working for almost 2 months now. It seems like forever already. LOL just kidding. Ugh anyways. I'm almost through with my experience seeking thing here in the Philippines. And so far I'm actually enjoying it and as I've told you before, it's just nice being able to apply all the things I learned in school or internship in to life. Well not to mention it's also dangerous since I'm already putting my name to all the things I've done and will be doing in the future. The way I would like to address it is this. Even doctors make mistakes. Now I'm really kidding. No room for mist...

Merry Christmas!

Image
This is sort of what I did and yeah it's not a lot but I'm just glad that I get this day as my off day because you know! It's just so perfect. Like, I'm off because it's Tuesday and it's like no classes and you probably know by now that TUESDAY is UNI DAY and since there's no UNI, there's nothing for me. Plus! I guess I'm just so lucky that there's no duty as well. Went to church with mom, sisters, grand mom, and cousin! :) Then we went to that place by the bay which apparently have all these attractions for kids and all that. I actually don't know whether or not this is a Christmas thing or if it's there forever but whatever. Hotdog on stick with MUSTARD! Love love love. It was nice looking at it. Like, it was so calming and everything. Sister with her corn. Saw this The Hobbit thing. I haven't seen it yet and when I finally have the time to, it's not showing anymore. I don't know if ...

Paskuhan Tips 101.

Image
I can't believe that it's like tomorrow already. I don't know know what its gonna be about but most likely Christmas, yeah? Hahaha but I know for sure that it's gonna be fun. Like, a whole lot of fun. For sure. But it can't always be magical and wonderful because you know. Things happen. Here are some tips/DOs/DON'Ts and just about whatever I could think of for this moment to be wonderful. If you're a Thomasian, you probably know what to expect. So these guides are probably for Freshmen/Outsiders. 1. Bring your I.D. - Like, seriously. It'll be like a FastPass to Disney Land or something. Because those who don't have someone to bring them inside the university or probably can't contact their Thomasian friend would like queue and actually block the gate so if you don't bring your Thomasian I.D., that's gonna be your luck. More or less. 2. Bring something to sit on. - Old newspapers, blankets, mats, whatever. It...

December!

Image
Can't help but sing Back To December by Taylow Swift. Oh well. December already. Like, seriously? One more month and it's 2013. Wow. I just hope everyone's good and ready to cherish the last month of the year as much I do. Also, I'm pretty excited for this month because as far as I'm concern, we got a lot to do. Thesis, stuff. You know. My hopes are really that everything will work fine and all that. Goodnight December. Hello December ang peg ko bukas. Hihi

Anticipate it!

Image
It's like less than a month to go before Christmas. But I can't feel it yet. Maybe because I'm too busy with a lot of stuff and all that. But maybe anticipating it would actually make it a little more festive. Like, I know it's kind of twisted but whatever. I mean, people are saying that they can't feel that it's almost Christmas already. Maybe because of the weather, and other stuff. But if we would watch it coming, then our feelings will probably accumulate and probably explode when it's already there. Am I making sense? LOL. It's okay. One thing I have to share too is that we didn't even turn our Christmas Lights on. Usually, we open it like, second week of November? Anong petsa na no? Haha. And yeah, that's my shadow. Some years ago. Not some creepy whatever creature. LOL. I love to look at our house with all the lights and stuff. Like, it's just very nice. We don't usually change themes and stuff but we kind of change so...

A Look Back. UST Paskuhans.

Image
As much as I'm concern, I actually haven't missed a single Paskuhan. Meaning my miscellaneous fee didn't go to nothing. If you're a Thomasian, you get what I mean, yeah? Okay not really bitter or anything about it. AT ALL. I'm just saying. And if you're not a Thomasian, you don't have the right to say anything about it. Maybe you're bitter. Okay moving on...I won't really go into details because I probably forgot what happened already. I mean, it's been years. Literally. The first Paskuhan I went to was not that bad, not that good either, like, maybe it's because I went out super early but the fireworks display cooperated and showed almost at the beginning of the program. Nice. The first Paskuhan that I finished everything would probably be this one. Or did I finish this? Yeah, I think so. It's the Paskuhan that actually celebrated UST's 400 YEARS. This time, I went with my cousin.  The girl with fringe is...
