I Won't Go Home Without You!

May 29, 2013 0
I Won't Go Home Without You!
SAY HI TO MY HAIR BOW
Yesterday, I decided to renew my driving license which expired last Feb 14  and it's never a good thing to have an expired license around. I did a little bit of research before going to the renewal center and people generally had a good and easy experience but I didn't feel that ease that much. Although it's really so much better than the initial license application. I guess it's also my fault that I didn't go there early enough. But anyways. I went out my cousin at around 10 am and we reached the renewal center an hour after and then what? The guy at the counter said that I could fill in the form thingy and just come back after 1 because they have a cut off daw. Wow ha. I wish I could have a 2 hour break din. So what can I do? I filled in the form and submitted it to the guy and left the place. It's a good thing that it's very near a mall so we went.

Before going out our house, we already decided to eat at Yakimix because my cousin told me she haven't eaten there yet so since I had a good experience before, I agreed! I will have a separate post about my Yakimix experience part 2 right after this particular post so you could look forward to that. Or not. Whatever. NO REGRETS.

"WALANG HIYA-HIYA"
Okay so the last picture I would be showing you guys is the most wonderful experience of yesterday. When I finally got my license, which took us about 3 long hours, we went back to the mall and then I saw this! And of course, must take pictures! I actually don't pay much attention to posters but then this is like divine intervention. So that was my day yesterday. It was so much fun! :) Can I just say that I was really happy when I saw my license picture. I hope I can show you my previous one but that picture is a mess, to be honest. I was supposed to take a picture of that but my cousin wanted to play Candy Crush on my phone and when she already finished playing, the lady at the counter already called me and asked me to surrender the previous one so, too bad. Also, can I just say that I didn't know you could look at a person and know their blood pressure right away. If you want to know how it's done, then ask the doctor in charge in that license renewal center because I don't know. Magic perhaps. That's all! :)

The Voice Season 3 Favorites. So Far.

September 26, 2012 0
The Voice Season 3 Favorites. So Far.
I'm actually like watch THE VOICE for some reason. Better than American Idol, better than Got Talent, better than X-Factor. I don't know why too. Actually, we don't have a franchise of The Voice in my country (possessive) but whatever. I don't mind watching on YouTube.

My favorite part of The Voice is actually the Blind Auditions. There's just something special about it. It generally shows that VOICE is really powerful that yo get to like it even though you haven't seen the person yet or stuff. RELEVANT. Anyways. In no particular order, I present to you my favorites. SO FAR. I may or may not have more favorites because the Blind Auditions isn't over yet and yeah.

Michelle Brooks. She sang Proud Mary and she did it really well. Obviously, I was impressed.

Benji did Knockin' on Heaven's Door. I'm actually quite doubtful if I should put him here but after watching it for the third time I guess, I thought it was a brilliant performance.

Nicole Nelson did Hallelujah and it was such an emotional performance. I can't even.

Samuel Mouton did the Redemption Song. He's kind of cute too. Anyways.

Colin McLoughlin did Wild World. Now, I was kind of hesitant about his performance too but then again, on second thought, he did very well. Ooh that smile boy!

Joe Kirkland! I actually didn't have second thought on his performance. LOL. I like the way he sang it and stuff. Kind of that bad guy tone but then again...Oh JOE! Hope it gives her hell. Just kidding.

Cassadee Pope. Cassadee Pope's version of Torn really killed it. I don't know why but I feel very connected to her. WEIRD.

Melanie Martinez! I like her so much! She sang Toxic and I was like, can I take her home? JOKE! She's really so cute! I like her style, her lipstick, her style, she look vintage. WHAT? LOL. She's actually 17 but she look kind of 12 to me or something. I'm not saying that I like them to win but I actually like their auditions so let's see what'll happen next.

Oh! Somebody please send me PAULINA'S audition video please. Or will that be up on The Voice's YouTube soon? I don't know. I hope they do well on THE BATTLE.

Bo Bruce!

June 09, 2012 0
Bo Bruce!
For some reason, I'm not really good at forecasting stuff. If you watched THE VOICE UK, great. If not, then just pretend you did. I actually guessed that BO BRUCE (woman in gray dress) from TEAM DANNY is THE VOICE. For some reason, I really really like her style of singing. It's just so...different. People often say that if you really have a good voice, then there's no need for you to do stuff that will make it even better. Let's get it straight though. I don't like people who do SO MUCH with their voice to the point where I feel like it's unnecessary. But for me, there are a lot of singers out there. And yes, a lot of good singers out there. Now, tell me how can an individual say that he/she likes a good singer an extra notch to another singer when they exactly sound the same? Get what I mean? So yeah.

If you don't know yet, LEANNE MITCHELL (woman in black dress) won the competition. I'm alright with that. I have nothing against her. She's actually good too. They're all good. It's just that WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN PREFERENCE.

And also! I realized that for some reason, my choices are those who are coached by a band member. I once predicted that Tony Lucca from Team Adam would be THE VOICE. And just recently, BO BRUCE from Team Danny. Coincidence or what? No idea. But thinking about it, I'd still pick BO whenever team she probably belonged. Thoughts?

Payphone music video.

May 13, 2012 2
Payphone music video.
I have no idea what's the relevance of the video to the song. Well, except the fact that there is a pay phone of course. Well, the scene of the new Maroon 5 music video is that there's like a robbery thingy and the hot office girl and Adam Levine somehow managed to escape. The thing is when Adam Levine stole the gun from the gun man, he too is being a target of the cops. Is that a representation or something? Enlighten me please. One more thing is that the girl kind of disappeared and I don't know where she is really. But I'm sure that it was Adam who asked the girl to kind of be separated to him. MAYBE! The music video is a representation indeed. Like, getting out of a chaotic relationship together (holding hands) and managed to. But at the end of it, when there's like too much complications already (cops chasing them) they go separate ways. And the guy have to suffer more so it's just him that's being chased by the cops. Is that it? IDK. Maybe.

From experience, if the gun man asked you to get on the floor or something, do so! And for him to actually do otherwise is just questionable. I'm not sure whether the suspects will actually hurt him/them for actually following their instructions. I don't know.

But maybe it is indeed something deeper. And for that reason, I approve!

The Voice Season 2 Finale. My Verdict.

May 08, 2012 0
The Voice Season 2 Finale. My Verdict.

NO OTHER THAN TONY LUCCA! I know what you're thinking! AND NO! IT'S NOT BECAUSE HE'S ON TEAM ADAM. It's  just that whenever he sings, I can really feel it. And there are like stories in his songs. Like, he's singing the story of the songs. Gets?

It's really inappropriate for me to tell but for some reason, Chris Mann's performances didn't really make an impact on me. He's really good too. But his eyes are somehow empty and emotionless and all that. Or probably just me. His "You Raise Me Up" was awesome though.

Juliet Simms was awesome as well. I don't know. She's really good. But I just don't feel her that much as well.

Jermaine Paul was also good. Really touching how he thanked his coach. :)

Christina's chest.

April 18, 2012 0
Christina's chest.
As a fan of Christina Aguilera, I saw a drastic transformation. Is it a good thing? I say, yes. I think her new look fits her perfectly. Like, it just proves that skinny does not look good on everyone. Looking back though, since there's no one to compare her too, I thought that she was on her best. But you know, things change.

I also saw Christina Aguilera's interview on Ellen Degeneres show like probably weeks before The Voice started. And the first thing Ellen told Christina was something like 'you're breast feeding?' I'm not sure if that's the exact words but something close to that.

Seeing her right now, mainly on The Voice, makes me really proud that she was able to come this far. And she's hotter than ever! When I think of The Voice, only three things crosses my mind. Adam Levine, Christina's boobies, and The Voice itself. Or sometimes only Christina Aguilera's boobies alone. It depends.

Don't get me wrong though, she looked very beautiful when she was skinny. It's just that she looks more beautiful now. Or at least for me. You can have your own opinion about her but I don't care. Just kidding.

So yeah, as a conclusion, I think that her looks/figure now is so far her best, and I'm not saying that she can't look any better!

Here's a picture for a comparison:

The Voice UK vs USA. The Battle.

April 04, 2012 2
The Voice UK vs USA. The Battle.
Recently, I've been watching a show called THE VOICE. Like before, I've noticed YouTube stars promoting this and after one and another, I was like "AGAIN?" I was really annoyed, if you can't tell.

Then I don't know but recently, WOW I just got hooked like that. Oh why again? First of all, just the thought of Adam Levine , enough said. Then one time I searched for The Voice on YouTube and a UK version showed. And my whole world was like "WHAT'S HAPPENING?".

Let the battle begin!

I think the combination of the judges is just so fantastic in the US version. In the sense that, provided you're truly is a singer, there's a place for you.

Well, here in the UK version however, they sort of talk a lot when the blind audition is going on and I have this feeling that they kind of have an ideal singer. If that makes sense.  Like, they really do talk a lot (said that already) and I think in majority of the contestants, the judges feel the same, sort of.  In the US version, they sort of talk but not really to the extent of being that obvious. They rather stare at each other a lot.

Also, not that I am being racist or anything, I think I was just shocked when I saw Will.I.Am there. Isn't he American? But then I remembered Simon Cowell. ALL GOOD. What I like about the UK version is that they have a legend there (Sir Tom Jones). Well ,everyone's a legend. So never you mind.

Talent can't be judged so I won't be speaking about that but (yes, I will), I think as far as talent is concern, I like the blind audition performances of the US. Well, I can't tell because they're kind of showing off individually already in the US whilst still on the blind auditions in the UK.
