New York Pro Satin Lipstick in 431. A Review.

New York Pro Satin Lipstick in 431. A Review.
I don't really like the color. Maybe it's just the color though. Other than the color, the consistency, application, and simple packaging is nice. But you know! You have to get the proper color of lipstick for you to totally rock it, yeah?

Here's how the packaging looks like. Quite simple. I like how there's a "snippet" of what color the lipstick would be at the bottom. I like black tubes for lipstick. I don't know why. LOL.

But only with the color thingy. Like, when you put all your black tubes together, it's kind of complicated. Unless you only have one color from each brand you own, then I guess, it's fine.

And just like any items I own, I don't have an idea whether or not this is discontinued, how much this is, or anything else that I wouldn't be telling in this post. :) And if you haven't guessed it already, YES. My auntie gave this to me.

For some reason, her taste is kind of weird. But I still love love her. :D

This is in 431. I don't even know what that is but it's actually a color/nude/coral all in one. Or probably just light pink in disguise.

So moving on.. I haven't heard of this particular brand and stuff so I don't really know what to expect and things like that. Oh wells.

Here's how the color looks like in the tube. Light Pink most probably.

And the swatch. You can actually build the color by applying several layers of it. For some reason, I can't actually pick the color right on my camera so when I tried take a picture of it from my phone, the right picture happened.

So there you have it. :)

Pigeon Baby Powder. A Review.

Pigeon Baby Powder. A Review.
This product is kind of a product that I've tried and tested for like 8 years now. And I like it. My mom actually told me that she was surprised to see it in a department store here in the Philippines because as far as we're concern, we have to actually buy us enough supply for the whole year from Japan. i heard that it's quite expensive here though. I mean, relatively more expensive than its price in Japan. Oh well. Shipping fee sucks.

And this is a baby powder, I'm pretty sure it's mild enough for anybody to use. Or whatever.

The compact is just plain white. Nothing fancy or whatever. But nice.

It comes with an almost useless sponge. It's not even a sponge. It's kind of weird. Okay that was harsh. Useless is actually not the term. It's just that it gets dirty. I mean, just like how white dress gets dirty easier than colored ones.

And it's just a translucent powder. You know. Normal baby powder but I have this feeling that this is milder because it doesn't smell like anything. Which is nice. So yeah. Definitely try this one out. NO REGRETS.

Rouge à Lèvres - Dior Addict de Christian Dior. A Review.

Rouge à Lèvres - Dior Addict de Christian Dior. A Review.

This is how the packaging looks like.. I kind of like how fancy it looks. Like, kind of sheer and yeah. I like like. And it's not because it's Dior or whatsoever.

I actually just tested it awhile ago and for some reason, I'm ready to review it.

I like how they actually let you choose how to apply it. Like, I love how it shouts FREEDOM of some sort. LOL. But with this particular color, it's actually better with kind of a lot of layers.

I actually like how smooth it applies on the skin. Like, you won't even feel the friction or anything like that. Like, I guess that's the way to go. I don't really like its color pay off though. But given other color, everything should be fine. Well, probably. I think generally, purple is just not the color for me. And as you can see from the swatch above, the color does not actually apply evenly. Like, there would be some ares where you have to reapply the product just because it appears lighter than the other. That's all!

M.A.C Lustreglass Lipgloss. A Review.

M.A.C Lustreglass Lipgloss. A Review.
Howdy! You might have seen this one already before. I kind of posted it but I don't know what exactly. Some place like make up collection or make up thingy I think. I mean, where else can it be? Haha

I really used to love love love lip glosses. But now, not much. I don't know if I just think I'm too busy to do all that lip stuff or I'm just assuming to be. Or whatever.

The packaging is quite simple. It's translucent so you can see all the stuff going on inside the tube. Like, glittery stuff and all that.

I obviously would prefer colored lip gloss since I think I don't have much time (yeah right) to kind of top this on my lipstick and all that. But it's also nice to let this on this own as well so whatevs. And it's glittery so it's all good.

I love how the glitters are put together. I love how it gives you a simple pay off of color yet it seems to look kind of sophisticated. Like, "NOT YOUR SIMPLE GLOSS."

You know, I used to buy lip colored lip glosses because I like things shiny back then. I would buy blushes and powders with glitters too. But now, I guess that I am more of a matte person. Although I still like glitters on some aspects of life. K. Below are pictures of me with it on.

With a lip liner from M.A.C and a nude lipstick. And then with this particular lip gloss on. Too much stuff going on m Iy lips, eh? Haha

And excuse my eyes! I really have a tendency of having uneven eyes. MOST OF THE EFFING TIME. LOL.

What I don't like about it though is it picks up on the color of your base color. Like you can see the color on your lip gloss wand afterwards. Which is kind of off. So I therefore conclude that it's probably meant to be on its own. So I have to try.

Now without anything on. I can't really tell if I super like this product. I like how it's not sticky to the lips though. It's pretty thick but that's kind of nice because that means that it's kind of gonna stick to the lips better and it's gonna stay longer. Who wants to reapply? That's just a waste of product, yeah? We all want long lasting stuff.

Victoria Jackson. A Review.

Victoria Jackson. A Review.
First of all, you have to know that I am not a professional when it comes to this things so you could probably agree with me or disagree completely. It's like that take it or leave it thingy. And I don't mind. Thank you very much.
Let's get started.

I actually promised to bring you this review so yeah. :)) This is what it looks like. From the very look of it, I thought there wouldn't be much inside and stuff but yeah, it actually contains a little more than what I've expected. I don't know whether it was mom or auntie who gave this to me but THANKS. I appreciate it.

I actually tried to picture this same stuff yesterday (night) but nah, didn't work out so the brushes look like that and the colors that you will be seeing below are kind of messed up and stuff. The eyeliner is jet black! It's creamy and nice. The MASCARA is my favorite! It gives you length and volume. It's just awesome. I actually tried to use the brushes provided but they're just not so helpful. The blush brush helped a little bit though. Okay, they all helped a little bit.

What I like about their eye shadow colors is that they have it in matte and a different tray for shimmers. Although it would have been better that the range of color is similar, but then the taught is there. It can't all be shimmery or matte. In my opinion though, matte is kind of more workable than shimmers. But whatever. Among the lot, the coral/orange is my least favorite because it's actually not true to its color when swatched or applied. The rest are okay. I actually used the brown in the matte tray as contour and it's fab. The super light pink (first tray) is gorgeous for highlight.

This is the shimmer section! As much as I like the colors here better, I am just not convinced of shimmers. It looks girly, pretty, yes. But for someone like me who doesn't know how to put them on properly, it gets messy. SOMETIMES. But I'll get to it. Soon.

The white though is awesome for highlight. And I used the darkest color for my brows but it's just so overwhelming. Or maybe my brows are kind of bushy already so I probably didn't need to add some dark things to it already.

Lip products! I actually like its color range but as you may already know, I don't like putting much on my lips. I like balms though. But yeah, I like how they have the coolest to the warmest color. Good thinking.

Blushes! This blushes really do their job so you better be careful with them. In a good way though.

And it comes with a sharpener! Obviously, for the lip and eye liner. And it comes with two rectangular mirrors. One just above the blushes and one  right at the center of the compact.

The lights washed the colors away but whatever. LOL.

We washed off the color on a regular digital camera so we don't have to expect much on iPhone's camera, right? Good. Not complaining.

That's all! :)
