We are battling against something we can’t really see so it’s the right thing to do if we want to really flatten the curve which is as we all know impossible as we haven’t even tested much people so you know, for all we know infected people are still multiplying in numbers behind our proud backs. We have been in this quarantine for almost a month and a half now and all my household received (around week 3) is a one week supply of rice and you know maybe a 3 day supply of food relief from the local barangay for one person. I’m still a Slytherin! I mean, I know I’m a Slytherin but “I WONDER” as Mr. Olivander would say. This is actually a random Facebook feature and I got this the first try. Except my wand is a Sycamore wood with a phoenix feather core 11 3/4 and surprisingly swishy. Also, I don’t think I’d get a Niffler myself. Not a fan of bonding and feeding it when playing HPHM so yeah. Because of this Quarantine, I find myself playing this game again. Yay! No? Does anyone play this still? No? Okay. So yeah I checked whether I am still a Slytherin on Pottermore. I checked and got sorted again (sneaky) and voila! Still am. I mean, what’s worst than buying a scarf merch on Wizarding World of Harry Potter and then finding out you don’t belong anymore, right? Ha! That’s all! 

Maybe not so long ago, like, three or four years, my dad bought a digital camera and yeah these are some of the photos in it from when he bought it up to before his passing. I’d like to share them with you and maybe tell you a little story behind it. If there’s any. This was shot at the airport and I think this is the first time that I came back to the Philippines for like two years of being in Japan. This is at Suzuki Beach in Subic. I think I may have mentioned it before but the beach is where we usually celebrate dad's birthday so yeah.  This is when we went to this sushi restaurant near my place.  Man, I miss my station.  Before going to work  So yeah unfortunately though the camera didn’t make it. I was able to use it once in Japan when we were in the Sakuragicho area but yeah I think when I checked it 2 days later, the flip mirror isn’t displaying very well until it gave up and didn't open anymore. I made this a while back but yeah this is how I made Chicken Alfredo Sauce Pasta. For people who can’t really read Japanese, I used: . Chicken breast (Better to cut it to tinier pieces)  . Parmessan cheese  . Mozzarella cheese . Butter . Fettuccine pasta  . Half and half (I used whipped cream)  . Milk  . Olive oil . Salt and Pepper So the first thing I did was fry the chicken breast in olive oil like so. I then seasoned it with salt and pepper. I mixed one cup of milk, butter, 2 cartons of whipped cream, and one pack of mozarella cheese pack. I didn’t set aside and proceeded with making the alfredo sauce because you know, we don’t always have the luxury of time or space to set aside things. Also, I only have one big pan at home. I don’t know my pans. Anyways, I also seasoned it with salt and pepper again to taste. Just a little bit though because cheese is already salty so you don’t want to overdo that.  I boiled the pasta in a deep sauce pan for 8 minutes ...

I had this at Volk’s at the first day we got to Japan. I think triple cheese burger is the name for this. It was so delicious by the way.  Fresh salad! I missed this because you can’t get a salad this fresh in the Philippines. Japan is just home for fresh vegetables.  Not good! I mean, it’s kinda good but it has bones in it which get stuck in between my teeth and my brackets so yeah not that good!  Disneysea’s smoked turkey! Always a win.  Yas! I enjoyed this. I can’t. I’ve already unfollowed so many Facebook friends because of their political views. Twisted political views. I grew up in a household where politics is never really discussed. We just didn’t care much. So yeah I didn’t really develop a liking for it growing up. I would have interest for it once in a while but I figured I have much better things to do. Also, I guess I’m lucky that I don’t have to depend to the Philippine Government for anything. Almost. On March 16, 2020, The President ordered a lockdown or Community Quarantine whateveryoucallit. Which is okay. Understandable. We were still asked to report to work for 3 days and then the bosses decided not to open the clinic anymore. I mean, we’re not really capable of doing anything to help the government in its fight because the clinic I’m working at is just not equipped. I’m just so happy that I am in the country for the occasion. I was so happy and very emotional, you know. There’s definitely something about wedding. It’s only the first wedding I’ve attended to (of a friend) and it was just too much for me emotionally, you know. Don’t get me wrong though! I was happy the most part but there were also a lot of ugly crying. Happy tears. JUST TOO MUCH EMOTIONS!  Can I just say that I’m so proud of my girls because we’re on time! The invitation says 3:00 pm and man, we were there on time. It was in Bulacan and no one really knows how to get there so we made sure that we leave Manila earlier than we have to and yeah we arrived kind of earlier than we have to so yeah we killed time in Jollibee.  The wedding was beautiful. I don’t know but it was full of emotions. It was actually my first time meeting her husband and even then it was reassuring. I’m so happy for my bestfriend. Hola!  The main purpose of us going to Japan is to actually put in order some of the stuff my father used to own and is now being distributed and stuff. Also, to put my father to rest. Here’s us the day we put my dad to rest. It was an emotional time. We went to Ebina after and ate at our favorite steak restaurant. Hungry Tiger. I remember the last time we ate there and it was still with dad. I will always remember this place because this is like our go to steak restaurant ever since I was a child. I may have over ate this visit but hey. Can I just share that this is probably the best bento I’ve had this trip. I didn’t each much bento per se but yeah this is the best. It’s curry rice and namba chicken from 7/11. We went to Daiso to finalize our pasalubongs for the whole barangay and my mom was like, let’s eat at a good ramen place.  We ended up here.
