Maleficent

Image
I watched this with my sisters, as I would with any Disney movie.  If you think about the whole concept of Maleficent, you wouldn’t actually think it’d be appropriate for young kids but this, I recommend! It’s very wholesome. Very pure. And it teaches a lot of lessons especially to kids.  Angelina Jolie. I mean. I couldn’t imagine this role being portrayed by someone else. Oh! Scarlett, maybe? But that’s not the point. She’s just so perfect for the role. This woman is on fire, man.  Elle Fanning. Fanning sisters, am I right?! So gorgeous! Her skin is undeniably flawless! But! Let me just say that in general, Princess Aurora is actually below my favorites list. I just don’t connect with her. I mean, the whole point of her OG fairy tale story is around someone else because she was basically just asleep but the Aurora in this movie gave the character more body and better image I guess.  Okay so totally not in the movie but can I just say that my bestfriend got engaged! ...

New DOG Alert!

Image
My skeptical COLA Boss We have a new addition to the family!! And we named him COFFEE! He’s causing a lot of stress to my cola to be honest. Also causing a lot of trouble to everyone actually. Like, how can someone so little do big things already? BIG BUT NOT GREAT! Soo pasaway! Well actually, besides being naughty, the new dog is alright. Dare I say he’s a CHIHUAHUA? Yup. Says it all! Actually he looks a lot like our previous dog HANA. A lot smaller though! And he’s a boy so that probably makes the difference. That’s all!  My poor cola was so weak the week this little punk arrived. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or what but yeah she was so stressed and wouldn’t take anything. We had to force feed her with dextrose, sometimes soup, and her meds. She’s gotten so thin! She was so hesitant whenever the punk is around and would constantly hide somewhere she could not be seen. It’s kind of better now though. She takes her meals well now but still very cautious around the new one. I ...

Star City

Image
So long and goodbye, Star City. I don't know what got into my mom's mind when she bought us a ticket here but thinking about it now, I can't be more thankful that I at least was able to go before the whole place burned down.  annex This is where the scariest ride is(for me). The Star Frisbee. Also where we queued the longest, I guess. The rest of the ride is pretty unremarkable. Like,  I guess I have my new favorite ride. But nothing beats Zyclone Loop. Where my OG Star City peeps at? So happy that even though my real sister wasn’t able to join us, my fake sister was able to come!  Now time for a rant. Okay so...there’s this new system that lets you check in your bags or else you can’t ride. They charge 20 pesos per hour and so my sister checked in both our bags in one locker and my best friend Jie checked in hers to another, right? When we came back, after like an hour and a few minutes, they can’t seem to recover my sister’s FACE ID so they let the few minutes go I gues...

Above Sea Level | SM Sangandaan

Image
Above Sea Level SM Sangandaan. My mom took me and my sister Mika here because we were not able to join them the first time.  Yas We actually didn’t order much. Just the squid tower thing, California Maki, Tonkotsu Ramen, Paella, bacon wrapped shrimp, and the red iced tea tower.  Peace Squad FAMILY The California Maki was not bad. Kind of interesting because it has crispy toppings. I’m not a big fan of maki but it’s alright, I guess. The ramen was okay. The highlight! This was kind of good! TBH We actually saw our uncle ate at this restaurant first so we just copied. It might have been two different branches too but anyways. Hi tito! Wow, fresh!  The seafood feast was also not that kind of good but kind of good nonetheless. The rice was meh. I recommend you just order the
