I actually don't quite get the whole idea of Hunger Games but good thing I was able to pick up some valuable lessons that I thought I'd share with you guys. I haven't read the books so this one is based on the movie alone. Can I just say that Effie Trinket is my favorite character. If not Rue. I like how colorful she dresses and I don't know what's with her that I like but yeah. Now the reason I like Rue is because she's such a sweetheart. If I would be there in the game, I may not be able to kill my opponents intentionally but I don't think I would help them either. This is kind of personal but since this is my personal blog, I want this story to be here. I probably won't forget this but...just in case. So my grandmother went to the laboratory to have her blood chemistry and blood count checked and the results are not very pleasing. Health wise. My grandmother is 64 years old and suffering from a renal disease. I remember she had a renal angiogram and angioplasty probably 10 years ago. But then that was good for a while and now doctors are telling her that her kidneys are barely functioning and that she is a candidate for dialysis and we all know it's never easy. Our pet MOCHA gave birth and we didn't even know that she was pregnant. My sisters and I argued about this before well not really argued but they said and guessed that Mocha's preggy because her belly is just so big. I kind of thought she was but I was battling because I can't be so sure and one thing about Mocha is she's fat so it's really hard to tell. So awhile ago, while watching my morning show, my youngest sister called me and said she's hearing some crying under the bed and asked me to get a flash light for us to see. I then got my phone, turned the camera on video mode, with flash. To my surprise, there are two puppies near Mocha and the floor is just bloody and it smells bloody. It's a mess in short. Nothing really special about the packaging. Not nice or anything. It's simply boring. But you can't really complain much because it's cheap so yeah. The brand is ELLEFAR  and I got the colors Elegant Mauve and Clear Coral. If you don't speak colors, it's pretty much hot pink and orange. Yay!  To open the lid of the lipstick, you have to remove the plastic covering it so the only thing you could hold on to is the label below the lipstick like the picture above. The swatch of "Clear Coral" is kind of longer because I didn't expect it to be that pigmented so I kind of recklessly drew a line so yeah. They go on very smooth actually. I was a little bit surprised too when I applied it. I am pretty impressed with how vibrant the colors are. As you can see in the photo though, since I have dry skin, it basically followed the texture of my skin so if you're gonna apply this on your lips, you better have exfoliated, smooth lips.  ...

So I am a little broken hearted because The Voice US's YouTube is limited to their countrymen and it's not available in my country so I didn't mind disregarding that shiz. Well, as much as I think Shakira's presence is such a lovely twist, and as much as I love Adam, well I think now is the perfect time and I would just appeal to whoever to please make it available outside your country please. Or not. Whatever. I hope The Voice Philippines (soon) and The Voice Japan (is there any?) wouldn't make its videos available to your country too! I actually and honestly think I have nice eyes. That's all I could brag about anyways. LOL just kidding.  I watched a short documentary about something alarming, shocking, and amazing all at the same time. The story is that they hired a forensic sketch artist from the FBI and what they did was that individually, they asked this women to have a somehow private session with this artist and then this artist asked these women to describe themselves physically and stuff and then he sketched them accordingly. Then they have few people there that are not related to the women and assigned them to a particular woman and they were asked to get to know each other a little better and all that. And then the apprentices were then asked individually on how they would describe their partners. Now, I don't know if the apprentices were just really kind and gentle (I bet not) about bringing out the flaws of their partners but you know, their description for me is actually more accurate t...

Early morning, not so long ago, I went out to check on our doggies and just when I was about to step in my flip flops, I saw this. And I was like, not panicking and asked my grandma who did it. And she said SHIKI.  Well ,of course! Who else? This thing I only wear when I'm going not so far from our house but it was a gift to me by my auntie so it's kind of important to me as well so I was really surprised. What did I do, you ask? Today I want to review two music videos because you know, I like doing that stuff. The two music videos I want to review are Demi Lovato's Heart Attack and Psy's Gentleman. With Heart Attack, I actually saw some dramatic photos on Tumblr and as much as I do not care that much, I was curious . So yesterday, I decided to watch it. I genuinely like the song. The music video is nothing special though. I actually thought that it would be very much like Lady Gaga's Bad Romance but nothing like that. The opening and closing part was kind of vague but nonetheless interesting. Can I just say that Demi looks so beautiful here. I don't know if it's just me but I think there's something different on her face. I just can't pin point it. Anyways. She's really pretty there. Okay next. They say that if you can speak the English language, you're cool, intelligent, probably well educated, or maybe rich, or whatever. That's what they say. At least in the Philippines. NOT MY OPINION. I took a nap awhile ago and I dreamt of something weird. Unless my dreams are weird, I wouldn't actually remember it so thank goodness my dreams are weird most of the time. If not always. What happened was this. My sisters and I were watching an animated film. I don't know if it's TANGLED OR BRAVE but one of those. And then a group of young teens from the UK who were also watching and for some reason, making noise. Now, I'm not really sure how I knew they're from UK but I'm pretty sure with that. If all PATHOLOGISTS look like this, GURL! Haha so just a little back story, I think I was first year in college when this movie came out and we were at the mall, right? I saw the showing date and then we intended to watch it (of course) and then we couldn't make it on the first day so we just decided to come back the other day but then when we returned, they're not showing it na. WHUT? Anyways, I illegally downloaded the movie and watched it just now and what can I say? Kind of weird for a game, you know. Basically they have to kill people but not just to kill! They have to do it in such a way that no one would know how exactly they did it. It's sort of a game that them resident pathologists play. And I'm kind of proud that I got one out of so many. I'm not PATHO (yet, perhaps). So yeah. I wouldn't go into detail but I am very impressed with the ending.  I actually witnessed doctors play games probably twice. Hahaha Actually since we went there kind of early, they've just turned on the AC so my sister decided to position herself near the AC unit for her own good. As I consider my blog as a PENSIEVE, I have to let things out of my too stretched brain because it can't handle things anymore. It's SUMMER BREAK and I am bored as hell. So I decided to add up BLOGS to my reading list. And I am still searching for blogs by the way so if you know a blog that you think I might enjoy reading, feel free to recommend or something. Actually, I did search for blogs myself but I didn't really find that much. Sure there are a lot of blogs out there but I found out (just now) that I'm not really that much of a fan of BEAUTY BLOGS. And by beauty, I mean, PURE BEAUTY BLOGS. I know it's not my business but I don't know. I'm not hating of course. But personally (good for me, I know) in the future, I'd rather look at the places I've been or the things I've done than to look at how made up I was or something. Oh well. Me MOM I've never been THAT super smart so I haven't experienced speaking in front of many people. Well, graduation wise. Because you know the deal! The smartest of the smartest would always speak in behalf of the graduates. Sometimes even though I don't agree with their words, I can't do anything about it. It's not like they passed on the paper that contains the script and let everyone proofread it or something. But anyways.
