First things first, my iPhone is BACK! Back to life. Back to everything. Back to my abusive hands. LOL. If you're from the Philippines or China, you may have noticed that the news is all about the rubbish island war or reef whatever that these two countries are fighting for. *sigh* There are ships guarding the site and all that. And then the government complains about lack of money for this and that and all that and yet they spend money for fuels and all kind of crap and some for themselves of course. I'm actually pissed that this stuff is happening. And I am taking no side. Although I admit that the Philippines might need it more than China because they're obviously richer and stuff like that.  DISTANCE IS NOT THE BASIS OF EVERYTHING. Are you kidding me? DON'T! March 21, around 3 pm. I went to Globe Business Center SM San Lazaro to have a SIM replacement. Why? Because there's still no current solution for BB 4.11.08 so I decided I'll just use the spare phone here so I'll be a little bit more useful. And easier to contact. The problem is iPhone 4's SIM is not the same size as the normal SIM and the spare phone here has the normal SIM tray. I can't be bothered changing my number. It's too much to ask. I don't want to inform my friends/colleagues that I'll be using a temporary number because you know. PEOPLE ARE LAZY SOMETIMES. The lady there was nice and all that. I didn't have to pay for anything and she told me that the activation should take within 1-2 hours. ALL GOOD. I went home and kind of only remembered to put the SIM about 5 hours after. Oh well! So my cousin and I went to the technician (can't go to Apple since I didn't buy this from there) and he said that he told me last time that I shouldn't update it and stuff. Which he didn't but I can't be bothered arguing with him so I just said that I couldn't remember anything. So then he offered to activate my iPhone which now can be used as an iPod touch (blogging from the Blogger app now) but still got no service and stuff. And he charged me 300 php for that. So technically, I still have to wait until Gevey officially release their magic sim card that can be used to unlock this phone again.
