I can feel you! Kinukulit ko sila for almost...Gosh! I can feel you! Kinukulit ko sila for almost a month now to fix the fluctuating signal in my area. Puro lang sila promise. Nothing really happens. There was a time when I talked with their live agent regarding the network activity in my area. The first agent I talked to said that there was ongoing network activity in my area which apparently affects my connection. She said they would update my account and that when I receive the confirmation message, I should restart my phone. I did receive a message from them. I restarted my phone but the connection was still not OK. So I connected again to their live chat service. The second agent I encountered asked for my location. He then confirmed that there is NO NETWORK PROBLEM in my area. I pointed out the inconsistency and even sent him the message from the first agent (the one saying that there is network activity in my area). Lo and behold! The next response I got from him was "Thank you for using Talk2Globe etc." meaning to say he cut off the session.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
